I have not either - I just was able to buy a lot of notes and within that lot were 2 notes that were redeemed while the rest were not.

face value ? -- I am terrible at making offers, I prefer to be given a price, if I can afford it, I pay it. If I cannot then I will not. I do not do well with bargaining or making offers.
