I have experienced like that before, I can't open all slot games, it's say "Error", then live support asked me to clear cache and data, then everything worked fine

Maybe the Monero transactions were not more in volume that's why they removed that option or maybe some internal mandatory regulations require such decisions for removal of Monero from Duelbits.It was actually admired by many players who want to remain anonymous and quite shocked to see that players are choosing some other withdrawal options.But still it's their decision what we can do is adapt with the changes.

I agree with you on this point that players who do want any legal trouble and fast transaction do not prefer to have Monero as their crypto option because they do not want to be annoymous on that level if KYC issues are also not there.On the other side LTC seems quite fair and widely accepted by most of the casinos and low fees and fast speed contribute towards its adoption more.Most of the times players don't get proper anonymity because the casino and government will not allow that under any AML or other rules.So still get used to other available coins.
