1) There is no sign  [CFNP].
2) Top saying: "They would like to hire 50 users from Member to legendary rank to help them out.", I checked Spreadsheet and there just 40 users.
3) Also, I don't see any message from Yahoo where he saying to not apply before announce.

yahoo just forgot to edit the OP because after the "Rate Changed" the participants decreased as well from 50 down to 40.

it is said even before this campaign,Managers usually point that to not apply until the open spots announced .

Here is the  answer for it, it's posted in page 11.

Payments are being sent currently, rates have also increased. The number of participants has been lowered to 40 as well. 3 Legendary open spots currently.

This campaign is currently full base on his post , wait for it's announcement if his going to accept any new participants.

Accepted. This campaign is full again. Let the 1 guy I was removing stay due to my mistake.

How he can accept you if  there is no announcement for open slots.

It's not necessary to spam the thread, if you follow yahoo62278's campaigns, he usually announce an opening first before hiring participants, so it's better to wait for the announcement, no announcement means the campaign is still not hiring.
