Do you understand how many steps below you are going as a hero member going down to member?

Members have few chance to get into signature. I guess we can be reasonable to allow them the chance when it is presented to them.

It's possible if the manager find what he's looking for in the quality of your post. However, for the time being the campaign only have 1 place for the member ranking, so you can apply to fill that spot. Tell the manager at the time of your application if you want the place as usually manager also consider higher ranking to fill lower place.
