@Polo7 i totally agree with @Smartvirus that you’re exaggerating the situation, but I also won’t deny that if something bad was to happen to Trump then the stock markets will definitely crash. However I feel that Trump will hand power to Vice President Mike Pence before something happens to him, and therefore I’m hoping that Pence will be able to take swift decisions to help the markets rebound in the short term.

I don't even know what the problem would be. Is the US dollar finally crumbling? Or its just the Trump got infected with covid19?

Even if the president dies things will run normally, the vice takes over until new elections. Most countries have this written in their constitution, even if the vice president also disappears, the legislative branch assumes control.

But a possible change of presidency in a country has nothing to do with the world shutting down.

Preparing for the worst is good idea so we don't have to suffer so much in bad times. I have been stocking up on essential goods for month now. As long as things can't go bad there is no reason not to make a small depot at home. Its just we need to prepare also for the possibility that we are wrong. So selling all investment and only storing cash at home would be too extreme.

I think you are exaggerating about cryptocurrency. Yes, cryptocurrency is a very unique digital currency that could be exchange to other currencies as well, could be use as an option for payment, services and buying products. It is also consider to others as an investment and this is why I consider cryptocurrency a unique form of digital currency.

However, economy will not only going to focus on cryptocurrency for it will depend on the priorities of the government in each country are facing. Cryptocurrency would be crucial for this but I think it is better to think that the world will not going to depend on cryptocurrency for it is not really needed but instead an additional features that could ease up online transactions as well.

If the whole world starts shutting down then everyone should be aware in advance and the corona virus is the common enemy of all of us. Don't think that the political consciousness is above all things now let us all unite.
