They aren't really targeting anyone since you will often see fake giveaways happening to popular cryptocurrencies in the industry. You will see a lot of these fake giveaways for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and other cryptocurrencies whom they know has a lot of users, the more users or the more popular the cryptocurrency is the more chances they will have victims believing their scam. That's why if you will see this kind of crap even if someone popular (Twitter hack) is posting it do not believe what they are trying to show.

Not only a fake airdrop but also a phishing site. Just try to visit the site and got a warning from EAL. So people could be phished if there is an option to put a password or private keys.

They try to do unusual things, not only airdrops but phishing sites they will also do to get victims, I see so many fake Uniswap airdrops every day they really don't get bored with stupid behavior like this, I'm also sure that some already going to something like this and that this is fake, it doesn't need to be followed, obviously the legit airdrop has ended and that's all it has got.

Beware, this is all the traps they do this just want money with this phishing site capital. This is really annoying.

I agree there are still people that are looking for UNI airdrops because this is the biggest airdrop this year and maybe of all-time high because UNI token, could even go higher than the current price, people should be careful on this kind of airdrop always do diligent research or read other people's opinion about a particular airdrop.

I agree there are still people that are looking for UNI airdrops because this is the biggest airdrop this year and maybe of all-time high because UNI token, could even go higher than the current price, people should be careful on this kind of airdrop always do diligent research or read other people's opinion about a particular airdrop.

And the list continue to grow as scammers are not stopping creating this fake websites for UNI airdrop because it is still the most sought crypto in the Altcoins market. However, the price seems to be going down now, but criminals are not stopping though because they know that they can catch beginners who don't do any research, and as long as there are UNI in the keyword they will invest and that's why scammers are not stopping anytime.

I have reported this to the abuse email of his webhoster, which quickly took the site offline, but the scammer has since changed his webhoster.
Apparently he is also still operating a twitter page: @UNISWAP_FREE that sometimes promotes the phishing site. I have reported the Twitter account for phishing and for impersonation but Twitter has not blocked them so far.

Good job on you to for putting this issue on the table, if it weren't for you raising awareness, they might have scammed more people than they already have. I don't get the people that fall for this obvious trick, 40 becoming 400 is not something you will see being spouted by an honest man.

Scammers will continue their activities they do not want to use their talents for good. There is still a lot of interest among people in the market with uniswap, which is why scammers want to trap ordinary crypto users with this opportunity of interest.
