The age requirement is one thing that is very important and when it comes to online gambling, Anyone who wants to gamble has to be atleast 18 years older to sign up. So you won't be able to gamble under 18.

I have literally seen kids gambling on various crypto websites because they don't have to provide their ID proofs or anything instead just click I agree to terms and conditions and start playing. I am not supporting such activities and minors should not be allowed to gamble but the fact is that such things are beyond the control for anyone and the casino would never make any restrictions to stop them either because they would never want to cut their profits. And there is a fact that guys under 18 are easily addicted so I mean while there is no legal way to gamble despite being under 18 but one who wants to gamble has so many casinos to play at.

Someone who is using this forum and asks such a question makes me feel weird because you are in the gambling section and you can play on almost any of the casinos and unless you win huge they won't for ID proofs.

Age is a requirement to be able to play on gambling casinos online or traditional. Allowing any minors to play  there freely is illegal, hence the casino will be sued by the governing law if they have been discovered allowing ages below 18, or for some states or countries, below 21 to play on their casino.  But IMO, there are casinos online that can be played even you are at a young age, it is for those that doesn't require KYC in order to play on their websites. At the first place, there is no strong system that can prohibit those doesn't qualify for the age. Non KYC casinos only use birthdate as their basis.

I don't think there is a licensed crypto gambling site which offers their services to children under 18 years of age. Well, even those unlicensed ones must get the confirmation from their users that they are already at the legal age to gamble.

But if you ask me if you can gamble despite your being a minor, yes, of course, you can. Most crypto gambling sites don't require KYC. All you need to do is to tick on the box confirming that you are already 18 years old or above, and there you go, you're in. But you should know you are doing something illegal.

This. I've registered in some crypto casinos and there is no way they know whether I am a minor or not. Another thing would be for them to somehow realize, which is very unlikely, that one of the registered players is a minor. In that case I think they would close the account.

It's easy now in website or thru online gambling, the hassle part is when some problem occurs and you'll be needing a verification to solve it , example is withdrawal problems like too high withdrawal or pending transactions wherein sometimes requires a double checking even if that site is not normally to have a KYC, so still better not to gamble yet to avoid problems in the future or if you know you'll be able to use or ask parents or some adult when this things happen then it will be fine but there's no way that gambling sites have no rules stating that they are accepting minors as players, most top gambling sites prohibits it.

When you are here on crypto then you are free as a bird because you can play all the websites that do exist as of today.Why? there are no further verifications compared into Fiat gambling sites where you do need to make use of credit cards or something.Come to think that even on fiat ones there are minors who do able to play by just stealing out their parents credit cards.How much more here in crypto where you can make an account
in a matter of seconds and you can play directly as much as you like. Majority doesnt ask any KYC but rather having only that prompt that you should be 18 of age and other than that then you're good to go.

Its futile or useless yet if you do saw that someone do search up ways on how to play then most likely you wont able to stop them on playing through but the suggestion you had said

For fiat-based online casinos, you can't. It's part of their regulation. To somehow bypass it, customers used other identities such as families, friends etc. of legal ages.

For crypto, most gambling sites don't require KYC. Users can freely register to the site as long as, of course, if the country is supported or a country wherein gambling sites/activities are allowed.

True, especially if you are from country that don't really strict regulation minor gambling. Even most of the countries already regulating this, it's just on how strict they are implementing. In our country, a lot of gambling websites even locally that some may be operating underground.

Well, this is the best way for him if he wanted to insist on playing in online gambling sites. But, more of the online crypto gambling sites doesn't require KYC now wherein he can actually make an account without stating his/her age.

Gambling sites now have a lot of anonymity, no need to enter our data into their platform to play gambling, only with a name and password everyone can gamble there even though they are under 18 years of age, but under conditions it is still not allowed because it is still a minor, meaning teenagers with that age is not allowed to play gambling because it will damage morale and addiction in a sustainable manner, but I'm sure many people playing gambling on sites have no age limit for not doing KYC.

Some don't really require KYC, and they don't specifically ask for identification in case something odd or big happens to that account, so I suppose you can freely gamble anywhere. If they ask for KYC, simply leave and look for another site to play in. Still, I don't think there would be a gambling site that would specifically introduce their no-KYC policy publicly, even with anonymity in place, mostly because even with anonymity, the higherups of the government would still condemn and judge them, thereby possibly affecting their reputation. No matter how small, any amount of damage is still damage imo.

An age limit for gambling is set by the individual countries, most of them at 18 while some forms of gambling on some countries are available at lower age.
As we see Crypto based gambling site has not implemented any hardline mesure restricting low age visitors except asking you to confirm you are above 18.
The reason for the age limit is simple as kids can't think for themselves and they don't earn money themselves. Getting addicted to gambling at early age could ruin their time of learning and experimenting with other things. That's an opinion. But again 18 is not a magic number. There's no study that suggest people below 18 have a completely different mindset than ones above. They are basically warning that you should not use others money, loan money to gamble. You should not gamble away money that were intended to be for other task. If you are sure about you mental and financial decisions, you should be able to gamble. Technically, all gambling sites accept everyone. They are just compliant to the law because the last thing that you want for your business is bureaucratic hounds tailing you. Crypto gambling sites are elusive for normal gamblers, they should be seeked personally because most of them are not following the rules and regulation.
