Short Summary:
Voyager park is a Holiday Tourist Resort in the North of Sweden funded by external investors.
The project started in October 2019 with the aim to finalize at the end of 2020 after completing the fundraising stage.

The Business:
Voyager Park is one of a kind resort centered about nature and wildlife and a business model that makes it perfect for all kinds of customers, backpackers and space enthusiasts to traditional families who simply enjoy camping.
The park has 5 glass igloos to view the nature and clear sky right out of the bed with zero light pollution and private hot-tub, sauna and summer kitchen on every deck.
It will also include plenty of amenities for fun and exciting activities, including bike rentals, equipment for stargazing, northern lights observation, jeep safari and much more.
The resort will have a small store and a restaurant in its center, in the form of an igloo-looking glass dome. This is the first resort in Sweden of its kind!

The Market:
The Västernorrland region of Sweden, where Voyager Park is located, is a popular tourist destination where the local hotels and accommodation are completely occupied during the winter season and offer next to no activities during summer.

● With our business model, if 50% of our premises were occupied around the year, the investor would break even and become profitable in one year, which is an astronomically high return on investment (ROI).

● Tourism is somewhat underdeveloped in Sweden and the local administrations welcome new tourist establishments with open arms.

● This is a very hot market at the moment. The current economic and political climate revolve primarily around "green" solutions.




Investment History:
The initial plan was to offer equity to investors in the business with an official company registration.
With a total of 10.000 shares, about 4800 shares would be made available for investors while having 5300 shares with the company founder.

So far, we have raised 117.000 euro and invested this in acquiring the land for the park, for the construction and groundwork in and around the park and to purchase igloo buildings.

Since the start of Voyager Park, things have been going smooth. From working on the planning to fundraising stage to execution. The development of the park has been going according to plan with minor delays.

However, during the fundraising stage, we’ve reserved 20% of the shares to a single investor which would invest July 2020.
After many delays and excuses, the investor got away by saying that he’s no longer interested due to financial issues.
This caused a delay for the development of the park and now 20% of the shares are available again.

The Solution:
Since fundraising in the real world takes a lot of time and legal procedures, we’ve kept it simple for the final 20% of the shares.
The remaining shares will be purchased by a sub-company that will offer tokens representing 1/10 of each share, bringing the token value to €12,50.

Crypto investors are able to purchase these tokens and receive quarterly dividends in stable tokens which can be converted again to any other cryptocurrency.
Unsold tokens will be burned and offered as real equity in the business.
Unfortunately, US citizens are not allowed to participate using this method.

Hello all,  thank you for the replies.

Sweden is currently not under lockdown. Last week they've softened their restriction for national tourists which is only concerned for events over 500 people.

We've noticed that more Swedish tourists are spending the holiday in their own country.
I can tell because we see many new campers/caravan and tourists are having issues driving them backwards  
Meanwhile, we are already receiving bookings. National and international.

Since the start of the project, we've acquired the land and buildings for the park, the building are going to be built within 10-12 days from now, within our deadline
We are accepting customers from the 15th of December, but already have some bookings for 20-26 November and few during Christmas and New year.

During the first fundraise, which was in crypto. We've decided to convert the tokens to actual shares in the business. All of the investors accepted this.
Gathering additional funds (not with crypto) went kinda smooth until we've decided to reserve 20% of the shares to an investor that in the decided to not invest.
That's why I'm seeking additional funds through crypto.

I believe right now they are looking for investors in this Voyager project. Like you will receive dividends if you invest certain amount to them. I haven't read if you can get a discount or something if you are a holder of this token. The team should also discuss about that, how holders can take advantage when they decided to book a holiday on this resort?

Also, I have noticed that several of their projects under this Hodler Company are really not making it big in the market or it seems to be. Below are some of their projects and just assess on your own how they are doing on these businesses. I think there are others but so far these are under Hodler
