Recently came across  https://deflationary.finance
This is a DeFi project.
What makes  https://deflationary.finance/ different one may ask?
Well it is a deflationary project. To understand the idea one can see inflation as a evil which caused the value of token to lose value.
In a deflationary economy one sees the token value increasing over time.
This can be achieved in a number of ways like locking/destroying/burning tokens
To understand the project one can visit

Token Name: Deflationary Finance
Token Symbol: DeFi
Initial Total Supply: 30,000
Token Characteristics: Deflationary ERC-20 Token
Website: https://deflationary.finance/

Token Contract Address:

my erc 20 address: 0x031DE8802Db0Ae18DC4e7bFa0F1Aa63B670Fef4a

Note : Currently there is an airdrop going on https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeGJmx55CpvQMu7GjzEzENkR98_MuMBLWcL3KEMlsn3lQiEXA/viewform

Not that amazing until those defi projects have already flown and soared high.

What's the difference between this project and other new defi projects?

I don't think that deflation for the sake of deflation is good. A 10% burn rate is very high and would incentivize holding over spending. A small amount of inflation or deflation adjusted by algorithm is probably the best option.

The token has to be very useful to users, not just deflationary. I think the usefulness and fundamentals are very important factors to consider while developing/participating in a crypto project, otherwise it's as good as sharing millions of useless shiny stones amongst the uninformed and controlling the supply to make it deflationary.
