Purchased 25x Office PP 2019 keys and paid 200$ via BTC. The guy blocked me right after the payment and never replied!

Why did you trust a newbie user with no trade history without using an escrow? Especially one using a self-moderated thread... it has all the hallmarks of being a scam

For what it is worth, I have tagged the user... I don't expect they'll bother fronting up to explain or deliver your keys tho, it's basically a throwaway account most likely.


Have quoted the Skype/Email from their post so hopefully anyone doing a search on it will find this scam accusation thread:

Yes, Not only the forum but also the internet is full of scammers. Also, this forum is full of fool people who don't think once before trusting some the newbies. In this forum, there is an escrow system to reduce the room of scamming. But if some people do not want to use them then what can do the mods of this forum? So maybe you have already learned your lession here which will act next time.

Feeling really bad after hearing about your losses. Same like other victims you did the same mistake by taking service from a newbie. I don’t know how many times we told our community users to keep distance from this kinda services where scammers are using newbie account to complete the scam game.

Sorry to say that we can't do nothing but tagging this account and its the only way by which we can keep others far from someone like him. Personally i always suggest people to use trusted escrow service before making a deal with anyone but unfortunately only a small amount of people follow this.                

I will suggest you to open a flag against this user and update your thread with the flag link.

This is sad to hear bro and the best thing the forum can do now is to just give a negative trust for this scammer as really they don't have any power on making this user return your money. But let us be real here for a moment since you are a newbie the obvious mistakes you had is trusting a newbie who has no reputation on having successful trades with other people this alone should tell you that you need to be cautious in transacting with this guy. When I say cautious you should at least have availed an escrow service for your transaction, if you had and the guy says no then it is obvious that this guy is really trying to scam you. Before you transact learn to do a background check to the guys you want to transact with since mods and DT cannot clean them all.
