If you went through the rule of the campaign before dropping your application you would have realized that one of the rules says you need to have received a minimum of 10 merits in the last 120 days for you to be eligible to apply. According to your application you have 0 merit I think you need to read the rules next time so you won't make mistakes when dropping your applications.
