Why do people avoid bitcoin?

I do notice that some people naturally don’t allow bitcoin in any of their daily transactions even when it faster and easier, they still don’t prefer using it, I have noticed this a lot, Some classes of human,Sometimes when they are to receive money from another country like international transfer sometimes it takes 2 3 days to arrive,They will advise them to use bitcoin and they still don’t accept it even it faster and easier. Now how come we make bitcoin come to people.

I believe 3 things people avoid Bitcoin first thing is not easy to exchange in crypto currency like money exchange any were any person two exchange and transferred different people but btc is not easy to exchange and transferred it's not available any were peopl exchange next one is so many people don't know crypto currency how to warms it's the main reasons to people's avoid btc there Don't know how to use and exchange btc coin and how to transfer last one is price fluctuations btc price is changing every minute people how to carry some amount next 1 minutes price is decreasing then will how can buy anything and transferred is very difficult to use in crypto currency price fluctuations

Although bitcoin is very fast and convenient, the habit of trading with paper money is difficult to change. Besides, some older people don't care more about Bitcoin than younger people because they like using paper money, they don't know a lot of technology and Bitcoin so they avoid Bitcoin.

Those that find it difficult to use bitcoin are those who don't have any idea on bitcoin transaction and how to use it to make profit in the market. Also, for example a person who will get the money sent to him/her must have a Bitcoin wallet too. So, these can be some reasons of why people avoid using Bitcoin.

Bitcoin is now more valuable for an investment asset than it is spent on a transaction, because basically fast transactions will only be made when urgent. It is safer to gamble with what you know than to toil with what you don't know. That's the simple reason I would say that people tend to draw back from bitcoin. Bitcoin and its technology remain virgin to most people and such people are those who would rather wait for days to have their money get to them than opt to receive it instantly using bitcoin. I think more work needs to be done in the industry in terms of access, infrastructure, and awareness, in order to bring those people into the ecosystem and improve bitcoin popularity and adoption in the society.

They will not avoid it if they have enough information about it wherein they fully understand it, it is not their fault to be ignorant because there are still problems in different educational systems. That is why I have a goal in my community for them to become aware to what is the bitcoin and its purposes wherein their lives can become better if they adapt it especially when it comes to payment system wherein it can be a way for them to have convenience. If a certain person finally understand it for sure he will never avoid it and starting to learn and use it because of its benefits and purpose in our economy.

That's exactly the point, and to some degree the problem. Because people don't understand BTC they don't want to hear anything about it; not learn or anything. Although this is problematic as adoption is important for market domination, once that threshold is reached guess who's going to be left out - these exact same people.

I think because of lack of knowledge and also because of the unstable value of bitcoins they avoid it. However, if they already understand about the privilege of bitcoin, then they will prefer bitcoin.

Not quite, the confirmation of transactions on the Ethereum Blockchain is faster than the confirmation on Bitcoin Network, also, the transaction fees that users need to pay in Bitcoin are significantly higher compared to another crypto. But that should not be the reason for people to avoid Bitcoin, as bitcoin IMO is the most trusted cryptocurrency which really provides the decision for the users and makes them feel that they have freedom in their funds.

Other cryptocurrencies are regulated, Ethereum is somehow under the influence of Vitalik, but Bitcoin doesn't have any other outside factor that could stop its adoption as the people who use it has the power to dictate its future.

One of the reason is that not all the people have deep knowledge about bitcoin and know how it works and how to use it in their transactions, it's not that they avoid it, what they avoid is the chance to learn or take the risk to explore as some people think bitcoin as a complex form of currency and too complex to be used in a transaction.

yes you are right, they are not avoiding bitcoin but they have no knowledge of bitcoin or knowledge of cryptocurrencies.  I see there are also those who understand crypto currencies but they don't want to take the risk of loss if they invest in bitcoin, these types of people will not benefit from cryptocurrencies.

That's exactly the point, and to some degree the problem. Because people don't understand BTC they don't want to hear anything about it; not learn or anything. Although this is problematic as adoption is important for market domination, once that threshold is reached guess who's going to be left out - these exact same people.

More important reason for now willing to accept bitcoin is that those people do not want a change. They are happy with the fiat and do not want to get into the currnecy which is less popular among the people. Such people will join crypto only when they see all others already using it.

Only institution and government afraid with bitcoin become legal payment transaction because could give impact how trusted from many people to save money in the cryptocurrency than hold with bank, right not still less people and saving money in the bank know whit bitcoin and altcoin as best investment assets for saving without any inflation value but get credit with bitcoin touch higher price later. I don't agree with the part you said bitcoin is the fastest, I think alot of people will say the same thing too, transactions done with bitcoin are not the fastest, for faster transactions you can use coins like xrp or trx, but that shouldn't be the reason people avoid bitcoin, for me I think due to the little or no knowledge they have about bitcoin is the main reason why people tend to avoid using bitcoin for transactions, people will always avoid what they have no idea about, but I think it's up to us to educate about bitcoin and tell them the benefits of using it.

Exactly. Considering that Bitcoin is new to the world, not many people are aware about it. The majority avoids it due to lack of education about crypto and Blockchain tech in general. Besides this, governments and mainstream media have been giving Bitcoin a negative reputation to the public. Most people believe it's a scam or Ponzi, leading towards skepticism in the mainstream world. As long as Bitcoin is a victim of misinformation by trusted third parties (governments, banks, the media, etc), people won't have a reason to leave Fiat anytime soon. Even those deeply into Bitcoin and crypto, are still using Fiat for day-to-day payments. The crypto/Blockchain space is nothing more than an alternative (instead of a replacement) to the existing monetary system.

What matters is that Bitcoin remains alive and running for a very long time. As long as there are loyal supporters backing it every step of the way, there should be nothing to worry about. Decentralization is key for the long-term success of Bitcoin and any other cryptocurrency in the mainstream world. As with anything in life, there will be both haters and supporters. Not everyone will find Bitcoin to be attractive as an alternative medium of exchange. Each person has different tastes/likes when it comes to using a currency for mainstream payments. While most people will continue to use Fiat, a substantial portion of the world's population will be using Bitcoin in the decentralized economy. With COVID-19 boosting Bitcoin's adoption in the mainstream world, we could expect more people to join the game. Ultimately, Fiat will reign supreme as it's widely used in many countries worldwide. We still really cannot blame old people for not wanting to learn something new since maybe they are too tired to transition into something else but little do they know that it can really help them since it would be converted into a payment system in which you do not have to carry cash. We still need to keep in mind that this can become an opportunity to teach them something that they have not yet learned and if they liked it, they might even invest on it since that is what boomers want.
