As far as their response is concerned, yes you won't.

They have stated that MORE THAN BTC0.1 winnings will be subject to KYC regardless of how you made it or how you withdraw it.

I think it's fine. Casual and average gamblers hardly reached BTC0.2 winnings in general.

They need to include that in their terms and conditions (i.e. Withdrawal Policy). So players will not be surprised about this. Not all players will read this kind of restriction as to where they post here in the forum. How about those players outside the forum? The bold italicized sentence above is exactly the answer of your question. You wont be able to skip KYC by withdrawing your big win into several small amount. The terms of the non KYC for 0.1btc is still new, I think the admin will see how it goes first then he may adjust it in the future depends on the demand.
