And also they are all registered 2018 and active in September and October 2020.

I haven't encountered on the same scenario but I'm aware that there are accounts especially this almost to throw account that just want to frame other users. Mostly they really comes to this newbie account. What I am doing is checking always my account on the search bar if someone really put something like this not just your forum username but it may include telegram handles or some usernames on gambling sites.

If I was being copied by this throw account I'd probably leave them some negative feedback immediately, there's no point they could make a mistake on it putting not your handles may it be a forum username which is not yours or other social media accounts.

I also often see the same thing that newbies do this kind of action, but sometimes I have to do and catch them and post on Reputation, for the future.

As said by: @rhomelmabini, I also regularly check, if things happen that are not wanted, for example: like this kind of case.
The bottom line:
I only remind other members, for other members you should occasionally review your search, what else is using Twitter, Facebook, Telegram, etc.
So, if you find something suspicious like this you can immediately mark and give a warning.

Actually, all those accounts were created in 2018. Not sure if they are bots or not but what they are doing doesn't make any sense!

Why in the world would any member do shit like that?  I understand why you'd copy/paste the application format, and that it could be a mistake if you didn't change the payout address, but how many times can a mistake like that keep happening?

I also just don't understand what is going on here as far as registering for bounties using other member's user names.  OP, is that what you're pointing out examples of here?  I don't completely get what these members are doing--and more importantly, why.

If someone could explain this to me like I'm a 5-year old merit source, I'd sure appreciate it.

I think it was done by a disappointed member of this forum, basically having an Alt account and cheating on the campaign.
Like the case done by: @pekoechain, the address is connected to dozens of Alt accounts, one of which is: @b3j0, who has a red belief that violates several campaign rules.

High chances that this intentionally being done just to compromised other members. However, in this scenario newbie to newbie does not make sense unless a newly registered newbie accounts will going to use it to be used to degrade other member especially the high rank users. So, we should be more careful here in our replies who knows that someone will get angry on the post you made and will create an acount for revenge.

On the contrary, this does not have to do with bot cause some newbies does it intentionally in other to scam bounty campaign and this issue have been discussed last or two years i think in the Meta and the solution provided for bounty manager then is the use of "#Authentication Post" which was what leak the secret of most bounty spammers these day. However, some bounty managers are also the reason behind this issue because they are doing their job right.

It is clear that the newbie is fooling they do not think that it is wrong I think they are blind not seeing and how to write another identity to be posted in the campaign list.

These old accounts started getting resurrected and registering indecent or also revenge with someone but this newbie is using a lot of other people's names so I think it's inappropriate to do this.

Newbie behavior will continue like this if not followed up.

Please I will like DT member to reply me, how can the forum handle users who cheat on Bounty by using ones details without the owner consent, the only detail they change is their wallet address. In a situation where a cheater used your handle to register a campaign you already registered and copy your work for submission.
There are even situations where the cheater register a bounty before you do and I get piss with this set of people.

How the manager accept their magical registration is still a mystery to me, I sometimes complain but manager are too busy to crush these guys and report their usernames here, perhaps to many participants and the outcomes of this activity isn't healthy for trust and feed back because you might not be aware.

About multiple registration on Bounties, I think it's high time the forum makes regulations and rules for manager as well, I have seen situations where participant get banned, instead of the user to lay low a while, they will register another account and continue participation with the previous line/row on the spreadsheet.

And include evidence they did it to you, which is important, You have to mark the account that is manipulating all of your possessions, so that the Bounty manager, can see and judge that it is not your Alt, if you are working on their campaign.
