hello
i have installed the walled, have send money to it but it keep red button, nopt connected. so i click red button and uncheck ssl, then it connected, but it keep synchronising.. and the money don t fall

Click on the red button, choose a new server, right click on it, and click "Use as server".
Click on the proxy tab and disable the proxy if you are using one.
Check that Electrum isn't being blocked by a firewall, antivirus, or VPN.

It might be also blocked by your ISP changing the DNS server might solve this issue.
If the above still doesn't work try to change the DNS from your PC using these DNS below.

Choose any of these but mostly I use Google DNS if sometimes my Electrum can't connect to any online server.

If it still doesn't work you might be using low version of Electrum? Lower than 3.3.4 is vulnerable to any phishing attacks and most of the servers from low version are no longer connected. You must download the latest version of Electrum which is 4.0.3 from electrum.org. Be careful on fake website make sure it's from original website.

The money will show after it changed to green.
If it's the first time Electrum's launched, wait for a few minutes before it turns green from "blue arrows".

To check if you have received the bitcoins: check the transaction (txid) on a blockexplorer and see if the receiving address in the same as one of your Electrum's receiving addresses (View->Show Addresses).
If it is and still unspent, then it will show up once Electrum is connected.

old versions don't sync anymore so what version are you using?
