Although there is the very possibility of bitcoin touching $18,000 or even more because it has happened in the past, sometime in 2017, no one can say for sure it will happen.
I'll accept what you said just because you said it's a speculation for if you're very conversant with bitcoin, you'd know that one of the key characteristics of bitcoin is its volatility which makes it impossible for anyone to accurately predict what the price of bitcoin will be.
Anyone who claims to be able to predict what the price of bitcoin will be in the future is only lying or talking out of ignorance and should be duly ignored.

My speculation regarding Bitcoin that it will hit $1800 in near future, I don't know when but it can touch to this line in the bottom, what do you think?

I believed the value you speculated was $18,000 not $1,800 It would have been better if you back up your speculation with some proofs in form of charting analysis this will bring some sort of validation to your speculation else everyone will take your speculation with a pinch of salt, although the price of bitcoin had seen a remarkable upsurge in the last couples of days, however this is not a justification to predict it reaching that value a major correction or pullback might take place thus resulting in dump to a support.

I really do not understand why people want this to happen, nobody in the right mind would assume that bitcoin can go to 1800 dollars that easily, hell $18k is more likely than under $2k to happen at this moment since we are over $11k already.

So, you have to want it to go down in order to be able to think like this. It means you have to be from two type of people approaching bitcoin, one of them is the person who made a trade, bought high and sold low and sold money and they are so pissed that they want others to lose too so they want bitcoin to go down so they open topics like "it will be $1.8k right!! right???!!" in order to see if they are right.

Second type is the people who bought incredibly cheap but sold when it was a lot lower so they did made some profit probably but they lost on 100x profit and made x2 return, so they want to make sure they didn't sell for nothing, it will come back to where they sold so they could buy again to make more profit.

$1800? Even now the price has touched $11.5k or maybe you mean about $18k. If that is the case, I personally still hesitate to predict it because after all, it is a value that is still below ATH and I am sure it will definitely be exceeded as well and indeed, no one knows when it will happen but at least, I'm just confident if bitcoin will hit its new ATH which will certainly surpass $20k.

Did you miss a zero and you mean 18000 or do you actually believe we are going to see 1800? that level is forever gone, I do not think we are going to see 3000 or even 4000 again, we may revisit the 7000 level at some point if the current growth we are seeing turns out to be a mirage but what you are proposing seems completely impossible to me, there is simply too much interest on bitcoin and the whales are never going to allow that to happen because as soon as the price of bitcoin goes below a certain point they will being to buy it massively as they will see an opportunity to make a lot of money with ease.

indeed to increase the price of bitcoin with a very little distance like that will be very easy, but to increase the price of bitcoin with an increasing distance of more than $1000 - $2000 will be very difficult because many are placing sell orders and of course have to require a lot of capital when the price already this expensive.

Yes Bitcoin is a very expensive currency and many people are not able to invest properly due to lack of sufficient capital. But very soon the price of Bitcoin will go up a lot although Bitcoin is growing slowly its demand and popularity is much higher. it is said that when the price rises the strong market always rises and falls but it will not have any negative impact also many traders are selling due to financial crisis.

It probably was a typo, we are closer to $18k than to $1800! Arguments can be found everywhere around, corporations are getting into bitcoin, many new people join the movement! Something big should happen, in the wrong way, to push the price under $10k! What could that be? Some massive selloff? But why would that happen, things looks positive for some time, why to sell now when we are so close to $12k?
I know that in crypto anything is possible, let's never forget that, but we need to know how to calculate probability chances for events that will happen in the future! Many factors can be taken in consideration, the more factors you consider, more likely you will have accurate prediction!

That's too deep since there are already supporters who makes money from this market, they are aware and willing to hold

$1800 from the technical aspect is almost impossible at this point.

The only thing that could make Bitcoin drop so low would be a major code flaw or something. Maybe if at least 3 top exchanges were hacked and drained in 1 month, but it's also not possible since the big ones have cold walets. You cann take only a small part of their total coins even if you manage to hack them.

remember the limited supply of btc means nothing if there is no actual demand the actual reason why someone will buy btc with current price higher or lower.

if we look the current macro economcial  situation and bad reputation of usa dollar then we see that btc repuation is going up.

I doubt this because right now the bitcoin are having a struggle with the market mark of 11.3k dollars if the bitcoin already reaches over 13k or 15k I will not agree with your prediction coming within over an 18k market price of the coin.

Also, it's better if you make a supporting statement regarding with your prediction so some of us give an idea of why it will reach or not because today just say the bitcoin falls to 10k again the number of chances of this kind of prediction may happen because the market of the bitcoin is volatile.

We can't really blame them, we are in it so we know how bitcoin is bought and sold, how we can turn fiat into crypto and vice versa, we are aware of all of these and have been for a long time. But there are tons of people out there who are still having hard time using a smart phone, let alone be capable of buying bitcoin and store it properly.

So, it makes sense that bitcoin would never be something that is a "standard" in the payment options, obviously we could get a lot more famous than what we are right now, nobody can deny the fact that bitcoin could increase to 10x or even 100x adoption in the world compared to today, but I assume until all the old people we have right now leaves us, we are not going to suddenly change but that could make it change a bit but that is decades from now.

Much depends on the election outcome, but I'm inclined to believe that we can see $15k this year. We've seen a number of rich folks investing millions in bitcoin, I assume there will be more of them. Agio should push the price up.

shouldn't this post be on speculation section instead of here? anyway, it's possible for btc to hit that bottom but not in the near future. The current btc support is around 10k usd. Maybe that's possible in 10 years from now if bitcoin lose its popularity and only few is trading it.

You're right though. Nothing is impossible. Next month we could have another worldwide lockdown and hear that on top of it all there's an ebola outbreak in the US I wonder what would happen to stocks at that point.
