With so many .finance sprouting everywhere, curious how long they will survive in the DeFi market?
@OP, with several projects that you are posting, how sure are you that these projects are legit to the core? I mean, what is your major basis that a project will not screw buyers? How do you know these projects?
I understand that almost all of us doubting every beginner projects now because of DeFi’s popularity and it’s difficult to tell if they are true or not. I am hired to manage this ann thread and wasn’t part of the team! Let’s wait on the improvement of the website and move of the team. Again I say DYOR!!!
This is my thoughts exactly when I saw another thread was started by this user.
Wittycoin, just because you put a disclaimer and an urge to DYOR on every projects you manage, that doesn't mean you're free of any kind of consequences if the project turned scam (and a brief glance at these projects shows that unfortunately one of them is indeed a scam). As a community manager, you're the first layer of "research". You will always held certain degree of responsibility of the project you manage, as people will most likely see you as promoting them. You shouldn't just accept everything offered to you and think you'll be free of any responsibility for the legitimacy of the project because of the disclaimer.
One good example is one bounty/community manager who were quite popular few years ago, at one point some of the project they managed turned sour, they still earned red trusts as a consequences despite the disclaimer posts on every project they managed. I won't say who as I don't have any bad intention toward them with this post. Just like I held none against you. This is not a threat, I'm giving you a friendly reminder.
