Tron and Waves team up to develop DeFi projects

Great news, it's Russian and Chinese projects partnered for this one.

Hopefully this will help Waves and Tron grow as they were outperformed by other altcoins this year, especially the De-Fi.
Quite interesting as I myself have invested on both coins for long term, so it's worth to follow this one.

It is possible but what happen to tron and wave coin? Are they eyeing to merge too their coin in the creation of new platform? I think it may do good but I do not know how it could be possible of course.

Now that there are too many projects and altcoins in the market i guess it would be good if all coins will be able to merge or find a way to team up to get a stronger coins in the coins. Community too will become bigger and will be great.

DeFi goal is far away and i think that DeFi is here to stay, but one has to be careful in choosing the project with which he will be increasing liquidity, since there is a lot of scams, and industry is not regulated, so you are on your own, when comes to security of your investment, that is the point of decentralization, one has to think for himself

This would definitely be good news for the whole cryptocurrency community especially for those who are supporters of both Tron and Wave. These coins are basically considered one of the early coins in the ecosystem and was adopted by many investors and enthusiasts all around the world. Though their presentation as to how their coins will be able to make this work is a bit complex, I would be hopeful that they would be able to pull this off and make this a best experience for the investors of both coins.

Just came across this news and it's definitely a good one for both Tron and Waves. They're both oldies and are integrating DeFi into their platforms. Tron for instance, launch the Sun DeFi mining social experiment last month and it has been a success so far after SUN got listed on big exchanges. Waves released Decentralized forex recently too. Great things ahead.

Unexpected news, in any case such cooperation will be beneficial for the whole cryptomir. But I don't think that the new platform will become more popular than the Ethereum.

in the past i read few people talk about waves and tron as the best competitors of ethereum, but both alts didn't have enough power to replacing ethereum as the best altcoins, and now they cooperate to develop a kind of defi project,
personally i agree with you if this kind of defi project will not beat ethereum as the best altcoins, but who knows, right ?

If this project succeed, then it may become a big rival to ethereum. Many investors would be switching to the said coins and will exchange most of their Bitcoins and Ethereum to Tron or Waves, which in turn will cause significant changes in the cryptocurrency ecosystem. I would be watching this definitely and will make more investments of the said coins as I do have some investments done on both coins in the past. I am wishing both the Waves and Tron team the best of luck with their project.

Yes, when talking about transaction fees and transaction speed, then Tron tokens are much better than Waves even though they are both very different in price, but for the Waves token itself it also has a transaction speed that is not that slow if we compare it to Tron tokens even though the transaction costs are very different.

I think that all such news is made only to create a temporary uptrend for the price movements, but this is not a fundamental breakthrough in the cryptocurrency industry. I don't think you need to learn how to make money on such news

Tron at the moment surely is an effective blockchain. Cheaper and faster transactions for tokens, a good alternative to Ethereum but the gambling token of tron is suffering from the gambling dapps reputation over it. And the ever surrounding controversy around it's founder. I would still wait and see how they move.

When looking at TRON I only use it to make transactions between exchanges and take advantage of price differences that can still be profitable, I like TRON because of its very cheap transaction fees and very fast delivery so there is no need to use bitcoin to transact cryptocurrency, at least behind Tron's weakness there are still advantages of tron that can be excelled.

This is going to become a very good collaboration all I know is Waves is a Russian based project and as we all know Tron is a Chinese based company, they could bring something huge for the community, looking forward to hear more on this collaboration, it's not everyday that we can read collaboration between two big projects.

The TRON Foundation and Waves have announced a partnership to connect their blockchain networks using the Gravity protocol and interoperate smart contracts written in Ride and Solidity.

Together, Waves and TRON are using Gravity to connect the smart contract languages of their respective blockchains: Ride and Solidity. Gravity is a blockchain and token-independent oracle with a cross-chain communication network. What will TRON and Waves achieve together?
