Just who are you by the way? Talking big about solving problem will not help you here. We are not trusting anyone and that is a mindset of a common member here.

However, you can convince those who had been victim of fraud by letting describe yourself on how you will be able to come up with a solution, a description why should they trust you and how could it be possible to get their money back or if not as long as it is a way to prevent getting other membera getting scam in the future will do.

In short give the details here because we are not a fortune teller that could be able to verify the things you wanted us perceive.

This can be legit, or can be a strategy to gather information about crypto owners - from e-mail to... whatever the user gives.

from my personal experience, after get a scam some years ago, go to police (if you a department for internet crime it's better). bring with with you all proofs you have and a short summary of what happens.
it's really hard it can work normally since most of the times crypto are not recovered from a crime but is the only situation feasible. never try online service "recover" your bitcoin these are just well known scam.

Newbie user, when referring to himself speaks in the plural as a "company" wants to get in contact with users who have been scammer or robbed.... why do you think?
To tell them ho experienced they are in recovering funds and they will recover your funds for just a small fee with a couple hundred /thousands of dollars, of course, payable upfront

If you are looking for information for purposes of finding a solution to the issue. Then there's probably lots of it in the Scam accusation board if you hit the search button.  I don't think victims would be comfortable sending you their details. Even if you plan not to share their private details publically, you have to remember that you are also just another stranger on the internet.

2. Do you mean offering help? What kind of help? or only collecting the data and information? And then, gone like the wind? LOL
3. WHat's fr the data? Can you provide more completed information? For only research? Project? or what?

When someone emails you, you already know that email belongs to a crypto guy and who knows if you'll compile that into a database.

People are still on their right minds on not to give out their information into some stranger or noobs online.When it comes to bad experiences then there are lots and you havent even mentioned if you are some
sort of consultant since you do talk about solving issues or problems within Europe? Even if you do say that you wont use up their information, im not really that much confident into some stranger in the net.
Dont expect that someone will contact you for such purpose because people here on this place arent really that dumb to believe on.

It is a common tactic by scammers. I observed that they think they can scam the same victims again under the assumption that they are easy targets.
I'm reporting this post as it is an advertisement for scammers to promote their scam services. I'm sorry if it gets deleted but this is a scam post and also posted in the wrong section.

I guess the OP is indicating the opposite. I don't really know his intentions but by judging his post, I guess he might have been on the same problem and were just looking for the users that might help him with his case. But yeah, somehow it was too shady to get "personal information" for an anonymous company or an unknown reason. Also, I guess the OP doesn't know that he might be the one to be scammed, or the validity of the information he might have through such emails aren't real. Even I can send him false information just because he also posts unsolidified inquiries. (but I wont ofc)

Buying over the counter or to unknown sources, is definitely not a good way to buy BTC when clearly Europe has one of the largest number of Bitcoin ATM's or you could go online such as coinbase or popular exchanges such as Binance, there are many alternatives to it. So you don't need to transact with strangers that are potential scammers or criminals.

2:We are not looking for data fm members ,but we hope to get through you information about wrong buyers /scammers.
3:We would like you to pass these scammers on to us so we can trap them and learn them about injustice.

5:No we don't get the victims their money back ,also we don't want any payments from members.
