People will just learn only if they had already lost money but before that as long they do get hyped with the hype then they will invest as much as they can
and hoping they can make theirselves rich in no time.Well, it can really give out chances but the tendency on ending up on a scam project is high.

This is just like on typical ICo trend on where it did really dominate the entire market and been flooded out by news and people do invest with it
until the hype is gone and most projects become scam.

It wont be surprising that this would really end up on the same path or scenario.

A project without a website nor whitepaper is meant to explain to potential investors and users that it is not a genuine project. A whitepaper shows what the team want to develop, how the will develop it and how they will ensure it gains more value as it grows, but without a whitepaper, it shows the team are just jokers hence the project should be avoided. The twitter page no longer exists, maybe the have succeeded in scamming people then closing their twitter page. Also, the telegram group is empty thus confirming the fact the team are just joking and whosever invest in that project will be at the mercy of the team because they are likely to exit scam, if not done already.
It is always good to study the team of every project and their idea before investing.
