bittrex asked me to provide proof of source of funds.
But this email was received in spam. I didn't see it. Then they disabled my account.
 I provided the documents as requested, but did not get a response. My account is registered in the Philippines.
Has anyone encountered this problem? How to solve it?

Hello there kabayan!
There have been some issues about Bittrex blocking accounts that did not processed AML/KYC form.
Bittrex as what I just read is a scam exchange.
They are using their unrighteous policies.
If I am not mistaken, this is their announcement thread here:
[ANN] Bittrex - Next generation exchange (btc/ltc/eac/ppc/rdd/ftc/and more)

Try notifying them regarding your issue, but I guess it's unlikely to be resolved... but I hope it will be resolved.

Bittrex is not blocked in your country. bittrex also have slow responding support https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2267728.0

Bittrex as what I just read is a scam exchange.

True that, Bittrex has a great history of blocking accounts specially based on geographical location or other made up reasons for years now but since you are not from one of those restricted countries you may be able to solve it when/if they answer your ticket.

bittrex asked me to provide proof of source of funds.

Proof of source of funds?, like how you earned the money or like a bank statement?, these shady exchanges really are going out of their way to refuse withdrawals for all kinds of made up reasons, I hope your issue will be solved and their support answer your ticket soon, if by any chance your problem is resolved I strongly suggest you to withdraw all the funds from there as soon as possible and instead of that keep your funds either in your personal wallet or if you want to trade use a more trusted exchange instead.

They, bittrex locked/disabled all accounts since 2018 (IIMO) to all accounts which didn't did KYC (fortunatelly since my account is old enough,i still can withdraw my money but 0.4 btc or equal with other currency daily), but to new account which registered some months ago, they have $ 0 daily withdraw so they must complete the KYC first if they want to withdraw their money (which didn't know how long they will finish your KYC)

I have never held more funds from an unused account like Bittrex but I think if this is a problem with my account being deactivated then I have to verify KYC again if I want to trade at Bittrex, of course this makes it more difficult for me to do KYC.

I can't log in and don't know whether the Bittrex account is deactivated or not because my GA code is from my cellphone and the cellphone is missing at the house of my in-laws.

So don't know what happened after it opened.

Bittrex's support is very weak, they waste a lot of time to serve customers. I never hold much funds on this exchange, because they block customer's accounts for no reason. Due to their poor customer service, their exchanges have gone down from where they are.

I will tell the OP, be patient, contact them regularly, give them whatever they want, since bittrex is not banned in your country, so here is your chance to get your money back.

I have a few cryptos there whose value is very low but still worth a good dinner, but they changed their policy and asked me KYC a few years ago (after being able to withdraw, with a natural limit, without KYC).

As my personal data are worth more than a good dinner, I'm afraid I'll lose it, as far as they don't mega pump and I change my mind about giving them my data.

Once it was a good exchange for me but a few years ago I saw their shadiness and I never returned.
