I suggest to temporarily close this campaign and just open it once finally got payment for the second week rather than asking participants to fill the form if they want to continue. I know that participants are willing to wait at that time if they want to stay.

Just take a look at how @Hhampuz did to some of his campaigns just like Blender.io and Bitamp.

Anyway, that is your decision and I respect that. I'm then to wait for if I can't find another campaign and keep active. I'd found a place to stay. Good luck.

This is a good suggestion for the participants and Small Rabbit too. If you close this campaign right now, there's a high possibility that the Amepay team will send Bitcoin as soon as they can. Because right now is the last week of their ICO, so they need this campaign to continue to promote their private sale. But if they didn't send it and wish to stop it, nobody would waste their time and effort for the 2nd week.

That's a good idea some signature participants do not bother to look on the thread and the spreadsheet, after they received the payment and they see the title of the thread they are working is not showing closed, they will just continue working on the campaign, so to avoid getting the blame you must update participants who are still wearing the code but did not post a proof of registration for the second week.
