I sent them money via wire transfer, and have emailed them several times with no reply, but some automated reply message.
still no resolution, avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Problem solved,  user forgot a piece of information and then I did a bad job of following through on the fix.

This has in fact actually been resolved. Once they caught wind of it and reviewed the issue, They did in fact resolve it to my benefit, and satisfaction.
It was actually resolved months ago, however I had been travelling. Thanks
