I have a 0.5 BTC Casascius coin from 2013.  It is graded by ANACS, I think it is MS 66.  It is in a bank vault so I can't check right now.

As time goes on and the USD value of BTC increases won't these fetch less BTC?  Or has the market for these been static?

I don't know so much about the Casascius but I've noticed there's not much rhyme or reason on physical collectibles, premiums and the price of BTC.

For example, I've seen the BTCC 0.5's selling for 0.70 in the past few weeks, an incredible 40% premium! These were around 10-15% premium when they first went on the market (and BTC was worth a lot less then).

Good luck with your future sales :-)

Yeah, my bad.  It is brass.

About 0.55BTC - 0.58BTC can be expected for a graded 2013 Casascius 0.5 brass depending on who is bidding.

Is the 2013 0.5 Silver most rare among all small denomination Casascius?
I recently won one on an auction for 0.705BTC plus shipping etc. I bidded for it
snaggingly (like a buddy wailed) because I didn't have a Casascius of neither 0.5
denomination nor silver.

I would say, for a 2013  Casascius 0.5 brass coin you can expect from 0.53 BTC - 0.57  BTC depending on the conditions and up to .65 BTC for the silver counterpart. Some may pay more depends on how bad they want the silver one.

up to .65 BTC for the silver counterpart.

The last auction for 2 silver .5's went for .7 apiece Roll Eyes

Which is about what I paid for mine some time ago actually, I just can't find the auction thread but I believe it was the last .5 silver auctioned / sold before the last 4 MJ auctioned.

How come we will figure it out we never saw when you bought it. You do not remember? Let me ask you a question do you believe CAS price value went up or down?

You come back with this after doing some brainstorming and this is your answer. You are big boy now. Right! I asked you if the value of Cas went up or down? Let me ask you a simple question again does it really matter about the value in term of btc or usd. I am not understanding. Now I am as confused as you are.

Good to know you have done  thousands of deals. How many 10000 thousands?

Brainstorming? I remember paying .7 for my cas that was auctioned off as anacs MS67. I cracked the old slab and now it's ICG MS68. Do you want the firstbits so you can google it and find the auction/sale? Frankly, I'm not too concerned right now lol.

You are seriously mentally challenged. What do you mean, you need to be specific, as you asking what the price was in USD at the time? Then fucking say that, moron.

I'm so tired of your bullshit, you are clearly fucked in the head, so fuck off and find the sales thread where I bought it or auction I won it like a year or two ago. Frankly I don't give a fuck.

Honestly, I thought you were banned. I am shocked to see you today. I guess they like your insanity a lot and may be they are used to now or proud of. How do I know? But I know unfortunately.

Wala! Finally, you got it with the help of so many brain tissues.

So we can assume you bought a  .50 btc CAS coin on 6/12/2017. What kind of dumb question is that do your math. You already did the math. What you want me to do Mew Mew. Be specific.

I really love to continue talking with you but you smell too much when you talk. Good bye Fake.
