Beware of fixed matches offer - member wbet7pending!

I am active in gambling forum board and today I received private message in forum from newbie member wbet7pending allegedly platinum member from stake,
offering me guaranteed fixed matches (Real rigged/fixed matches) and asking for payment commission after win and contact on telegram @ampletown
I don't know how many members received similar message from him but I think many who are active in gambling.

I looked at his post history and all of his posts are in WBet7.com, and I don't trust him or anyone selling fixed matches.

This is not the guy who has wanted to committed suicide for about the issue of wbet7 withdrawal issue. Atleast I want to thanks the GOD that the user still alive. I thought maybe something bad already happened  with him after can not seeing him long time. But now he is started to promote Fixed matches offer. Lol

Is not trustworthy to me. Everybody should avoid him.

This guy's a Stake Platinum member? So how does he expect you to send the commission to him? If he asks you to send it to his Stake deposit address, he'll also run afoul of Stake's TOS prohibiting more than one person from using an account (IIRC).

Not too long ago, there was another user with their own fixed matches thread here in the Gambling board, I forgot the which thread it was. Participating in things like these can get you in legal trouble if you're caught.

There were some posts and threads that offer fixed matches too. I don't trust any of them. He made a thread that's moved to Off-topic. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5282816.0)
It's also a good idea if you'll post or share this with the official stake thread(https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2072589.6640). At least, they will be alarmed that there's the latest person that does this.

well, that's a shame. I was glad he was able to go past about his suicidal thoughts(and still is) when he created a thread. but with this unsolicited PM and a very suspicious offer. I am now not even sure of what happened to him with web7bet was true or made up.

I'm not sure how many buyers these fixed games sellers get here, but I hope that Bitcointalk members aren't stupid to fall into such obvious scam.

I doubt about it. Biggest problem that you may get there is loss of money and feeding scammer. Other thing would be if these games actually would be fixed. Though, I'm not sure that buyers of fixed games are punished for it. I think that mainly people behind this and players involved in fixed games would be in big problem if they're caught.

I guess as long as the newbies here are alarmed and cautious with this user, we must have no fear of him scamming people. Yes, it is really a ban-worthy offence if someone promotes illegal fixed matches, even the Stake wouldn't allow nor tolerate the use of it. Yes, some games can be fixed (in which is very common ever since, especially if the stakes are high or the league must be prolonged. But selling such information is just nonsense. Also (on the other side of the card), if the sender seems to be "telling you information first" and only asks for commisions right after, shouldn't he be scared also to the fact that he can make others' win but would rather not pay him after a singe game?

Haven't received such PM, but I will agree with @LTU_btc, there's no such thing as fixed match and if ever there will be, I don't think that someone will just blurted if out in public because there are consequences if you are caught. And there are sport bookies that are combing bets and any sports, and if they see something odd, like wild bet swing, it will be flagged.

And this is not the first case though, I remember the influx of supposedly fixed betting here in 2017, didn't materialised as gamblers are too intelligent to fall for this trick. And I think this user should be reported, or you haven't received the message then we can reference this thread.

Nobody should lie to any member in this forum. There is nothing like a fixed match tip or even if it were there, only very few parties would know about it. There would be no point of risking getting jailed by making it public for just a few bucks.

I have a friend who wholeheartedly believed in fixed matches until he lost all his money through buying the fake fixed match tips and the high stakes made expecting assured high returns

When it comes to fixed matches information or some sort that do came from someone randomly on the net without you asking for it then its 101% scam attempt for me.
These information cant really just go pop out into public places and just randomly telling someone that they had fixed matches.Even though they dont ask out
for initial payment and just saying that you do pay after on the outcome then you cant still be sure if that one is just a pure guess or what just for them to get
some share of your winnings.This had been a typical thing that do happen and do target out most noobs who do easily being fooled for easy money schemes.

Well, it's a pretty stupid way of scamming or something. People who want info about match fixed stuff should go to them, not the other way around. As for how they would know? Well, it's up to the one who wants to know to research properly. Cause really, the fact that they're looking for people to join in on their match-fixing is a sign of a scam already. Additionally, fixed matches only happen on a small circle, so what's the sense of it actually spreading it in public?

Oddly enough, the newbie in question was actually scammed by wbet7 it seems, and yet here he is doing things that would probably also flag him as a scammer. Whether he could truly do as his word says, but the fact that he's selling info about fixed matches is more than enough to flag him as one I suppose.

This modus just wouldn't die. I'm sure wbet7pending will not be the last one to try to attempt offering what are claimed as fixed or rigged games. This particular section in the forum has been a witness to the history of all kinds of crazy threads and members who are sharing so-called fixed matches.

I admit I am one who got curious about these offers and placed a little bet myself. If I can remember it right, it was a table tennis match in one of the Chinese leagues. And, as quite expected, it all ended up a loss.

Never trust Newbie that will send PM not only if this is a no money involved matter or no links shared because mostly they send phishing or fake links.

And i don't believe there is a real fixed matches i doubt this exist.

That member seems desperate to earn to recover all his losses. He is also interested in earning merits to rank up so I'm thinking he also wants to earn from promoting casinos in his signature space.

Stay away from people who comes to you and say something guaranteed money making as a rule of thumb.

I'm pretty sure it's not just him who is selling these so-called fixed matches. Whether it's direct messaging or in the marketplace, there's still no guarantee with that. It's just like what trading signals offers, making it look like it's always going to be the way, but it's not. There is no guarantee with that unless you are part of that under the wraps thing. I'm not saying that it doesn't exist because there are probably many people controlling the outcome, but it's hard for the people involved to involve other people in the first place publicly. Remember that they are strangers to you and would love to get money from you whenever they can.

he said he have a plat account on stake but that would be believable if he can prove that he really own the account .

 im still wondering how he do it if he was only a regular player on that site or unless he have connection to the owner of that site but i dont think the owner of that site will honor the accuse because this will damage thier repuation . if found the user guilty , his platinum account is also in danger . the money and the effort that he made will all be useless for this attempt  .

Fixed match exist sometimes, but only the top personality knows this thing and this is how they make money, it will never be available to the public.
Those messages are just a spam, report it to the moderator so the account will be banned if proven. Yes, gambling is already risky so don't make it more complicated and deal with the licensed gambling site or even to those gambling site with a good reputation from this community.
