Do they have official account in the forum that can take care of queries from the users here?

Based from their key features stated in whitepaper, one thing that caught my attention is the no credit check upon borrowing crypto & stablecoins.
This can be a potential area of abuse from the borrowers or they are just relying on the collateral that these borrowers are supplying to the platform?

I also read people stories on the top page that a lot of delays have occurred here. Is it difficult for the team to achieve the picture they have created?
