I am not that much a fan of roulette but based on what I have learned before, roulette will not provide a decent chance of winning for both the house and the gambler. It's the outcome will basically be based on luck for both so the main goal in roulette is to be aware to your bets in a way that you should choose which has the higher odds of winning. It varies depending on the roulette itself as not each of it has the same mechanism, it is up to you to examine and not rush things. I am not saying that we should be good at probability and statistics but sometimes, we can feel that a bet is good if we look closer to the odds.

Some say its totally coincidence but somethings fishy on this kind of outcome which is really very unusual but well even if you do tend to prove it out or do make out some investigation then theres no point on doing such thing because it will really be just rather ending up for you on accusing them without solid evidence of cheating.For online gambling with roulletes then seeing those zeros on long pile is unlikely to happen.
I dont see any strategic plans that will give out some advantage to those people who do play this type of game.I had tried martingale in the past and streaks can still happen for you to lose.

All gambling is a luck based that's why it was called gambling because there is no guarantee that you will win or lose. Some other games like poker, blackjack and sportsbetting are still luck base game, You will just have an edge on the game if you have a good skills on respective game. Remember that gambling is what we talking about here and casino is not idiot for providing this that they will surely lose on skilled players(except poker because its PvP) .

Different game use different strategy so the way you bet in betting sport  will not work in roulette . you need to understand the game first and how you can manage your betting strategy to be able to win.
Chances to win roulette is lower compare to betting but at the same time the winning amount is larger compare to betting    thats why you need to adjust your bet base on the game you are playing.

I've tried roulette but there's no strategy I can think of that make you win on some of your bet, you can try Youtube but I won't recommend a video or article because in a game of luck it's hard to prove of any effective method, it's just all plain luck and since you are waiting for the time for sports betting to get back why not try other games of luck like Dice and slot.

Yes, and I could not believe it either but when you consider all the bets that are made daily all around the world then some odd results are bound to come out and when you consider the game has been played for hundreds of years then it makes sense that at some point someone will see something as outrageous as that, however the most likely scenario is that as you said there was something going on that casino and they were cheating their customers but it was impossible to prove or disprove this without checking if the roulette was tricked.
