I have a little story about the world of gambling, in general, I have a hobby of gambling in the world of sports, especially football etc.

In the last few months, I have been very bored and tired of fighting in the sports betting arena, for various reasons my favorite team has contracted Covid and many other reasons, I can't rely on it anymore, for a while I decided to temporarily stop gambling football and will switch to the world of online gambling called (Roulette), looks a little relaxed, but convincing, not much of a challenge, if the guess is right.

Roulette is a very basic game that you can play with, and I believe this is a game of luck despite of having many strategies before well that's not proven as effective. I do love roulette, you can still have fund on this game while waiting for the comeback of the football games especially your favorite team.

I am not a fan of roulette, I tried it once but I did not enjoy it because you are just only going to wait for the result of the game and see if you or you lose, that is such a boring game. If there is someone who plays roulette for a long time and becomes a successful gambler then I think he is doing a pattern before he or her bets. Roulette is a luck based game I am afraid to say, like Dice or Slots, you will not see skills take any advantage here. The craze for this game comes for a different source actually. Roulette is game that boasts elegance and often the signature game shown to depict a casino in many movies and popular media. Often looked into the game as the one which the hero of the movie plays and wins big, second to Poker which is again a skills+luck based game.

The point is that sports betting needs a lot of homework to do just like trading so its not that much "fun" for a gambler. Luck based EV- games are thus more fun.

I can't agree with that point when you say that sports betting is not fun at all compare to other games like those roulette or poker.

I am a fan of sports and whenever there are matches going especially if in case involve the team or player I like the most then it would be a greater entertainment and excitement. A sports is consider an art this is why it was being some players or team are admired on how they play, outsmart their opponent and win. if you ask me roulette is just pure luck. but it doesn't really hurt having a strategy for it.

the strategy is always bet on black and I am not kidding. if you only bet on either red or black. the game will be pretty similar to an online dice game. me not having much of experience playing roulette in an in-depth way I wouldn't be able to give a great strategy but you can always try the easiest way I gave you(I am not even sure if it is a strategy).

So that makes us be careful when we play on gambling games based on luck because that can make us lose much money if we don't have control over ourselves. Roulette is a type of game that mostly requires luck. As for strategies, you already mentioned searching on the internet and indeed, there's quite a lot of list of strategies you can find. The two strategies that I've read about it is martingale and the reversed martingale. I've never tried any of them but you can find handful read of it by searching through google.

I haven't played roulette in an online game, but in a physical casino, I have used some strategy, sometimes it work and sometimes it's not, so yes, it's really based on luck. I even have played wherein it was just me and the dealer, Lol, one strategy I used in just the colour of the numbers, either black or red. And there was a time wherein I got lucky, have like 7 or more streak of red colours.

But I'm not really sure if that will be an effective strategy for online though, and there are 2 kinds of roulette, the one with one '0', and the one with double '00', so your chances are slim, specially with the '00'.

Not everyone would just accept that luck is the only way to win in gambling, finding some strategy to win and convincing ourselves that this would work is what makes people more interested in gambling, that's my experience as a gambler but of course not on games where obviously a luck based games.
