My name is Gonzalo Cáceres and I am the CEO of a Spanish company called
BONNE MAISON PREFABRIQUEE (BMPF).
We have created a new ERC20 Token called
BONNE MAISON Dividend (BMD).
We have created BMD with a limited edition (fixed supply) of 1,600,000 BMD units, and with 18 decimal places.
We are working to publish the BMD Token White Paper in the next few days,
that we are going to publish on the website we are preparing

who are interested in participating economically in the development of our company.
In the coming days, we will include the new BONNE MAISON Dividend Token in some Exchanges and DEX,
and we are going to start offering the USDT and DAI parities in a 1:1 ratio (1 BMD = 1 USDT, 1 DAI).
Our commitment is that every year we will take 10% of the profits of our company (BMPF) and we will buy back
in the markets the BMDs tokens at the price that the market requests, until 10% of the annual profit is exhausted.
We understand that since the issuance is limited to 1.6 million (fixed supply), with the economic injection that we are going to do each year,
the guaranteed consequence is that the value of the new token BMD will rise progressively over time.
BONNE MAISON PREFABRIQUEE is a company that is starting its activity. It is within the fiscal framework of the

which applies an annual tax of 4% on the profit of companies.
