Unfortunately, you are a few years late to the show. You cannot profitably mine bitcoin with a PC.

If you want to purchase hardware for the purpose of mining bitcoins, you should look into ASICs, devices which are custom designed specifically to mine bitcoins and nothing else, and do this thousands of times more efficiently than a graphics card can. However, be aware that even with these devices, it can be hard to recoup your initial investment, due to the exponentially rising mining difficulty.

However, if you do want to mine with a PC, you should use a top end AMD graphics card, and look into scrypt altcoins such as litecoin. These are (for now) still profitable to mine with a GPU, and you can sell them for bitcoins on an exchange.

There is no such thing as a good cloud mining contract.

Don't.
If you want some bitcoins, just buy them, that's cheaper than buying hardware and mining them.

I looks like you are doing scrypt mining with gpus so you should not be mining btc but ltc. cheapest cpu u can get out there and a decent motherboard with 6 pcie slots 1x and 16x. next step is what psu to get?? well it depends on the amount of gpus u are going to use (270x, 280x, 290x are good) only know the wattage for the 280x ~300watt so x that by the number of cards you have and add another 200watt for the motherboard. good luck,

Directly mining for Bitcoin is not advised, but you can mine other altcoins and exchange them for bitcoins. Look here for specs on recommended hardware: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Mining_Hardware_Comparison (p.s. buy GPU's because even if you don't mine you can still use it for gaming for editing  Grin )

As Bonam mentioned, you are too late for CPU- or GPU-mining bitcoin.

And I am not sure if building GPU rig for scrypt coins is still a good idea now, as the scrypt asic is coming out and the hashrate looks pretty good.

There is still profit potential with Vertcoin, and other coins that are Asic-resistant and thus can only be mined with GPU.

Here's the PC I use for bitcoin mining...

It's a circa 2005 gateway laptop with 1GB of RAM, a 30W sempron CPU clocked down to 600Mhz, and draws around 20W at the wall mining 24/7....

... of course it's the multiple BFL bitforce singles I have plugged into its USB  ports that do all the work.

This will help you find out which graphics cards will be best for you.

https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison

If you're not familiar with building PCs which is a skill you need really to get into Bitcoin/Litecoin mining, it might be an idea to try these guys.

http://3xs.scan.co.uk/custom/litecoinmining/pc

Don't be fooled by the lack of Bitcoin logo, they recently began accepting them and you can find the Bitcoin payment option on the last page where you click your payment option, I actually plan on getting this rig when I have the money so I can get some passive part-time income.

PC for BTC mining is not profitable, you may need gpu rig for scrypt mining.

I suggest you mine Vertcoin. It should worth a lot in 3 years time, just like Bitcoin is today. Also you can GPU mine it.
