No it is not, and its not only one bad experience with withdrawal, this happened multiple times, and I am including all other problems I had with MegaPari.
If some website gets in my red list that doesnt alwaysmean that casino is a scam, but Megapari does have some suspicious connection with 1xbet and 1xbitthat should be investigated more.
Support at megapari is one of the worst I ever saw in crypto casinos and when I combine all that with other things I said I simply cant recommend Megapari right now.
If they improve in future and if I test them again and see they changed something than I can update my rating for them.

The most recent review I did forced the project to close after reading my reviews (will provide link) since I told them everything he needed to know.

Two or their websites could be using the same software, I don't see the same market options or site similarities as sufficient proof to link two websites together; have you tried looking for their doc?  I haven't seen a Megapari fraud allegation thread on the site (maybe because I'm not as frequent on the scam accusation board), and I need to conduct more research because I plan to play there soon.

I added Megapari website because I had bad experience when I was testing them for few days, and that does not have to mean they are a scam.
My all experience with them was very confusing, especially with their support and withdrawal-deposit system, but I received my coins after waiting for days.

I dont care if you are using them fine or if they are regulated in your country of not, when I now much more people who had problems with them.
Search the forum and find connection between 1xbit, 1xbet and others, than look at their profile feedback.

With 1xbit being the illegal derivative as it doesn't operate under a license and is stuck in a deep cesspool of scam reports from people within and outside this forum. If you're not having problems with 1xbet, good for you but 9 times out of 10 people will have and had issues with 1xbit and how they operate their business. Plus there had been reports in the past of people who had withdrawal and account banning issues with 1xbet too, so I guess this is just something that they do on a regular basis to scam people off of their hard-earned money. So yeah with mixed reviews between these two sites and a massive problem that they still aren't able to solve I wouldn't trust these two with my money even if my life depended on it.

You stated it all, most of their scam operations are exclusively on their crypto platform because it does not function under licence, as do other crypto gambling companies, while the fiat platform is licenced and has been doing well for years. I'm not a big fan of crypto gambling platforms; I prefer to play at fiat gambling sites.

Except for individuals who try to exploit their platforms, I haven't encountered any unfavourable reports concerning the 22bet and 1xbet fiat platforms.

I recall OP's bad experience with FortuneJack. For about $200 or so, he was asked to submit KYC and Op was not ready to do it, so his account was restricted according to the company's terms and conditions, and OP continued campaigning against FJ, which prompted OP to create this list in an attempt to tarnish FJ's reputation. One or two poor experiences don't make something awful, and I've seen that individuals who don't follow the rules are the ones who get busted in casinos.

Millions of Naira are won on 1xbet every day, and they have never failed to pay. I've used FJ numerous times and have never had a problem with them. It's one heck of a casino network. But they keep failing, people are figuring out their connection and they can't compete fairly with the reputable casinos. It's no wonder the ones linked to them are disappearing. They keep the main 1xbit though. They worked so much of its promotion, I can see some local influencers are paid to promote them despite the channel not being related to gambling the 1xbit are paying them to be promoted and the link of the casino are hard coded on videos.

Both of this websites are clearly accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, so I see no reason why you would keep repeating they have separate fiat customers, it is all the same.
If you like them you can use them, but please dont try to push your opinion on others here or to defend them.

I gave example of cryptomillionslottoo scam that officially sponsored clubs Atalanta from Seria A and Wolves from Premier League.
They scammed many people and nothing is stopping other scam websites to sponsor other clubs and whole leagues.
I think it is easier for them to scam customers with crypto because they can look on this as grey zone.

Yes crypto deposit are converted to fiat and you're only allowed to withdraw in fiat unlike other crypto casino that you deposit and withdraw in crypto.

Although Megapari isn't a proven scam casino and all the arguments have started here since OP added them in the 'casinos to avoid' list. OP should keep Megapari in the grey list for the doubts. But there is no reason to vouch for 1xbet and similar casinos. 1xbet selectively scam the users, it isn’t limited to the violations of the terms only.
