I am not too sure about instant exchange, I prefer to use a safe and secure exchange for my coins, compared to using an instant exchange and there is a very high risk added that the exchange site is unsecured and the chances are that many thieves take advantage of the moment, it's better looking for a hard one, the security is guaranteed, rather than an instant one, the risk of losing money ...

A lot of crypto exchange these days and we have to make sure the exchange we do a transactions is the safest and secured. We have also to choose the exchange that offer no hassle, even no kyc provided still can trade any coins. So these days I’m using binance exchange when trading any coins, so far no problem at all.

By saying instant exchange I think he is talking about token swapping from one to another. For that uniswap is number one right now but there are others that newly formed after uniswap massive success. But for security, the Decentralized exchange can give the best security but their trade execution is not fast as a centralized exchange. But I think these problems will also be solved after injective protocol launched their layer-2 exchange protocol.

I still trust Binance which in my opinion is the best cryptocurrency exchange so far and has a good and popular track record, apart from having a large selection of coins to trade in large volumes and excellent service as well as fast deposits and withdrawals which I think are good for fast trading.
On top of that, Binance has low fees and an easy-to-use interface, and there are actually lots of great exchanges and everyone's opinion on the best cryptocurrency exchange will vary depending on where you are and the size and frequency of your transactions.

A serious question pops up for those of us who have already become cryptocurrency adopters – how to exchange one coin to another rapidly, conveniently, and, most importantly, securely? Cryptocurrency exchange safety is something that gets questioned quite often. When it comes to large custodial platforms, hacks occur, the funds can be managed without the owner’s permission, the service can, after all, just close down and take the user’s funds down with it.

https://swapzone.io/learn/safest-crypto-exchange/
So the answer is that if you are afraid of or do not feel secure at custodial centralized exchanges then you can move to decentralized exchanges that are non-custodial and you can trade by just connecting your wallet.
But the problem is that we do not have a decent cross-chain and highly complian decentralized exchange yet but i am hopeful we will see such exchanges from next year because work on a lot of such exchanges is going on.

Basing of on what instant exchange had been shown in options in swapzone, then;

-Changenow
-Coinswitch
-StealthEX
-Simpleswap
-FixedFloat
-Exolix
-Godex

Among with the options, I do only have experience on using Coinswitch and Simpleswap and the rest I haven't tested it out.
Talking about safe? There's no such thing about being safe.

Since the last hacked happened on binance to which they have also cover the funds of the users, people tend to trust the exchange more than having their own private key. They stored their tokens in the exchange like its the safest. Its not.

The google Authentication and 2fa can be an exchange security measure but it can also be the opposite of what its usage that you can't access your funds anymore.

In my own opinion, the simple truth is no cryptocurrency exchange is safe or rather I would say, no centralized exchange is safe while to a greater extent decentralized exchanges are more safer. Many centralized exchanges has been hacked, even top exchanges thus confirming the fact that has been said here many times which is, do not save funds on exchanges rather save them on personal wallets. On the other hand, many exchanges has also exited scam with users funds in it, while some which were hacked couldn't pay back users nor stand again and thus closing down.
So no matter how it is being looked at, no matter how good an exchange is, no matter the rank and in order to be on the safer side, no exchange is safe and thus no large funds should be left on exchanges.

So far, in my opinion, all existing exchanges are safe. it's just that swapzone comes in an instant way without the need for registration and kyc, maybe it will make a lot of people interested because it can do it quickly.
depending on the strength of security each exchange has.  I don't really believe in an exchange that doesn't have an edge in security because it would be easy for hackers to get in.  I have more confidence in Dex because the security key is in our own hands.  If you choose to trade, it's better to choose a reputable market like Binance.

Looks like you are promoting your project, what ever be the case we have seen many hacks in the cryptocurrency space and that will give you a big lesson for not trusting any of the exchanges to hold your coins and if you are investing in the top coins that have enough liquidity then there is nothing much to worry.

DEX is still the best when it comes to something instant and we also don't have to bother kyc. However, if the transaction fee is too high, it becomes a big obstacle for people with small capital to use it. But I have used DEX many times and never had anything bad.  My favorite remains uniswap

Many choose DEX as the safest crypto exchange, but until now I still feel safe using Binance exchange. Lots of features
on Binance exchange that i need, so in the meantime I have no intention of trying out any other exchanges. An alternative
to Binance exchange, sometimes I use Uniswap which is currently hype because DeFi is trending.

I don't think Binance is good for what OP needs, since he is asking about "instant". Which means fewer clicks just to make your crypto to be exchanged. Just like all you will do is to deposit your cryptocurrency and you select which crypto you want to be exchange.
While using such Binance is really not comfortable since you need to create an account before you can exchange your crypto and the worst part is the KYC.

There is no centralized exchanges which are really safe because in the recent times the best ever crypto exchanges like Binance and Kucoin were also got hacked. And there are some exchanges which doesn't really need any manual procedure like creating trade order and there price on your own all you need to do is just act crypto you want to swap and just proceed the price will not be the best market price but it is somewhat good for the low conversion and immediate trades.

Some of the good swap sites are Changelly, shapeshift and changeNow.

In terms of security, I don't know which exchange is safe, because even for Binance and Kucoin class exchanges there can be theft by hackers. it's just that, they can guarantee the assets that we have and are responsible for it. However, I use such popular exchanges more often than others. I think popular exchanges have guaranteed transaction speeds.

For me, the best for crypto exchanger is binance exchanger because it is one of the strongest security for altcoins and I know how many exchanger are like binance like bittrex but it depends on how strong their security because hackers recently tried to enter the kukucoin exchanger and they stole millions from the kukucoin exchanger and are still trying to recover and recover from their lost funds.
Most likely from Binance exchange is faster for withdrawing our assets and take few minutes from withdrawing arrived, I try with many exchange market for withdrawing assets and Binance become most faster to withdraw and have lower fees transaction. Depend with my local exchange I think Binance keep become number one of exchange market to make transaction and have bigger chance when arbitrage some coin to other exchange. I have try with hotbit need manually process withdraw and take more than 30 minutes withdrawing process and lost chance where we have sell coin on higher price, in Binance maximum only 12 confirmation transaction each coin and some coin have lower than 12 confirmation transaction.

It's not you keys not your funds!!!
No exchange is safer than your personal wallet, your private key or mnemonic phrase can only be access by you alone. When it comes to third party ( centralized exchanges in this case), anything can happen. They are prone to bug, hence Hackers can extort money from them. The secured centralized exchange I can put my funds is Binance since Funds are Safe because of Insurance that backed user safety, though they were once hacked and users fund were move out of the exchange, they refunded everyone couple days later and that's why I prefer Binance exchange.

Kucoin was also Hacked last month due to security bridge by an insider worker, these are the problems we encountered saving funds on exchanges which is highly riskier than your personal wallet. Please, don't leave your money on any exchange care.

I don't know about the others, but DEX is enough for me - and I really like it. Why?
On regular exchanges you don't have the keys, so you don't really own any money there.
On DEX, I trade directly from my personal wallet, so whatever happens to any DEX, my money will definitely be safe.

Dex tends to be more comfortable and secure than storing our assets on regular exchanges. Even though I still do transactions on Binance or Indodax, I prefer Uniswap, no KYC and control is in our hands.
DEX can be complicated sometimes for newbies like myself that's why I prefer binance and I believe the best trading platform are top Centralized exchanges like binance and few others, it's also not a must to go through KYC on binance exchange, the fastest insta exchange I know is changelly and shapeshift

I'm now using Uniswap since more than one year and i must say i really appreciate it. (except during the recent period when the costs of Eth network were delusional it goes without saying ...).

As some have already recalled ,managing our private keys is priceless and the uniswap interface works really well. I know there are alternatives, but i haven't really looked into them yet. Beside from these reasons, the airdrop offered by Uniswap was really a thunderbolt in the crypto universe in September, i found it crazy  Shocked (well ok I benefited from it).

The following link offers a comparison between the main players in the dex market, and it shows Uniswap is still well placed Smiley

Edit : To better answer the thread's question : i think that the security offered by Uniswap is good but it is mainly related to Metamask's security. From there, Metamask having already proven its value since long time i do not see any problem.
