Russian Child Board under Archival

I just have noticed that there's a Russian local board moderated by Xandry under the Archival child board. Is there any specific reason behind that? I'm talking about this board- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=92.0

I don't know Russian and the meaning of Кopзинa by Google translate is like a basket. Not sure what is its meaning in Russian. I guess something like a recycle bin (or at least has a similar role as recycle bin).

From what I see in that child board, most of topics were locked. It looks a child board for Archival, nothing is strange here. It is as same as what I see in the main Archival board.

My guess: Archival is for the whole forum and there is no local archival child boards. Only Russian has its child board for Archival because they are the biggest local board on the forum. I could be wrong.

I dunno, the last post was in 2018, perhaps there was no activity for a long time or the board was replaced by another board (or it was just confusing to keep the two).

I mean you didn't exactly make a topic asking for it to be brought back either . Do you know what the board was for?

It's probably either just an old board that was archived or some sort of Russian trashcan as tranthidung  said.

Exactly.
At first (in 2015), this subsection was in the Russian section. Then, as unnecessary, it was transferred to the Archival.
