I found out useful information and I want to share it with you.

So the DeFi boom has passed, many of us jumped into different projects, pharming staking, dex exchanges and more. And most likely you gave these projects the broad access to your wallet. It 's mean that even scam projects may have access to your wallet and tokens which they can steal at any time. However I prepared a few tools for you. And you may use them to check all the permissions that you gave. Here is a list:

https://tac.dappstar.io/ (the most convenient)
https://approved.zone/

Just connect with Metamask and wait 2-3 minutes. The Tools will show you all the permissions. After that, you should find the incription "Unlimited" and the button next to it. Push that button, paste the 0 and confirm the transaction. It's clear that you don't need to disconnect some tools like Uniswap or Mooniswap but it's definitely better to disconnect the others.

What methods do you know?
