My bad habit is to smoke a pack of cigarettes daily. I have been addicted to smoking for the past few years, it is bad for my health but difficult to quit.

This is one of the things which we need to get rid as quickly as possible. Have seen quite a few cases whom I know who suffer in the end badly due to smoking. Though it depends upon body type and your resistance but better to be safe then taking that chance with your life and also you leave behind the loved ones who will keep missing you later on.

Personally me bike drive Cry

I have a motorbike and i love to drive everyday. However, it is actually a bad habit because accidents can happen at any time if i have lazy and crazy movement.

Using smartphone too much is now my worst habbit. Fer years back i usually passed my free time reading books but now a days most of my free time is taken by using smartphone. I want to give up this habbit everytime but i can't. What to do??

Too much busy on phone and this kill or takes away some of the precious time and nature as well when travelling.
but what is the problem in Travelling ? it kills our time as travel mostly specially when we are riding in Public transport is boring , so either we will sleep and use our gadget to ease the time.

Smoking is a very addictive habit and it is difficult for avoid it. One of my friend tried to get rid of this habit he could not do so.  Sad
I sometimes play excessive gambling games and lose a lot of money. I wish i could control over my emotions.

I procrastinate a lot, although I still get most of my job done - procrastinating isn't good for me as I am a busy person and It's probably going to cost me big soon if this continues, I am trying to lessen it but things are sometimes just hard to quit yknow.

I go to the kitchen every night before bed. I eat something, drink coffee and chew sweets. The wife believes that this is a bad habit. I do not think so. Since the stomach asks, why not. I don’t overeat to nausea. A cup of coffee, a sandwich, and dessert.

My bad habit would be overthinking. It really makes me depressed and my anxiety would attack sometimes because ive been overthinking and its really stressful.
