Being absorbed in watching netflix series, and thinking that I had plenty of time when I am studying engineering.

Procrastination is also a big problem and must be resolve quickly.

In addition, the social media, especially tik-tok which is really funny and entertaining yet time-consuming.

Procrastinating is my baddest habit everyday, I can not motivate myself to do something, because I lose interest quickly in all and this is a problem.

I spend nearly two hours every day watching videos on my phone, which is totally meaningless and a waste of time. but everyday I use this 2 hours surfing in Internet instead of reading books, I feel guilty!

Eat very few things to lose weight.
stay up late.

I drink little water everyday. when thirsty, I prefer drink to water, which is not tasty at all! I know it's bad for me but I just hate water. For a week, I put juice powder into water, then water become more attractive but juice powder will leave some dregs in my cup...then I gave up.

Sit down after eating

The originally flat lower abdomen bulges up day by day, and the fat on the belly will turn into a swimming ring. The culprit may be it-sit or lie down as soon as you finish eating, especially at night, when you have dinner and then you will be lying on the sofa. Watching TV shows, playing on mobile phones, fat slowly accumulates on the stomach.

I don’t know if this is a bad habit. When I’m at work, I occasionally give up myself and think about things that have nothing to do with work. You can also think of me as lazy, but I just don’t know it. Think about some other things.

I have a motorbike and i love to drive everyday. However, it is actually a bad habit because accidents can happen at any time if i have lazy and crazy movement.

You can also get in a accident by walking the in sideroad, or flying a plane.. Don't worry about it.

I also drive motorbike, however only when it's stable +10 C.

Bad habit? Can't lay off sweets.  Grin

I think too much use of social media is one of my bad habit.

This is dangerous because excessive use of social media is nothing more than waste of time. Unless you belong to same field then it is a bonus as you need to know what is happening and recent trending etc then it is investing your time, else just have a limited time like every 5 hours you will check once etc decide the time for yourself and then move towards once a day later.

Find Job , Work to live and don't be a Burden to your parents , maybe your Life will change eventually , Mobile gaming is as STUPID as your Lifestyle .

games is good to kill time , But if you are not becoming progressive because this ends your career , then change way .
