Inferiority.
I am not good enough.
Then you must change that , and your family is the best people that can help you out , I had a Friend back in Highschool that has the same attitude and personality but he Hid in His family for long time .

And you know what happen ? College Graduation day ?He Committed Suicide , That's the saddest thing Inferiority complex can bring.

One of my bad habits at the moment is I'm telling myself here, of course I'm working on Bounty now. Bitcoin from this forum, of course I can't work well because I'm lazy. I have to work well. Every social account I have to try to improve.  I must get good points in all my work so I need to change all the bad habits and try to do everything well.

You will need to reassess yourself and understand more properly. See what you are good at and ask your friends where you lack. You should not doubt yourself when you have done nothing wrong and just try to excel yourself in one field. So that when you speak the same to other you will realize your worth when you get appreciations from others.

Personally me bike drive Cry

I have a motorbike and i love to drive everyday. However, it is actually a bad habit because accidents can happen at any time if i have lazy and crazy movement.

Why this should be bad habit excluding the danger ? This is great and in every case not a bad habit ! Its like a hobby and way to life your live ! 
My bad habit in everyday is sleeping too much, smoking and not eating healthy enough..

My newest bad habit I am falling for is eating junk food. Since the lockdown started last year I am cooking less and less. Its crazy because because I spend so much more time at home but I am still eating fast food. The lockdown depression is very bad for me.

either mental or physical our health is the most important thing  so if too much work is affecting you then better limit the time and spend some time for your self and family.

and also what is the sense of your Income from work when after that , you'll become bedridden and won't get up again because of abuse?

Junk food are very easy to get attracted to and for some time if you eat is fine but over long period of time will not be a good idea. So, you will need to start fixing a day for now like on these particulars days only will eat it. And after couple of months just reduce the number of days and so on. So gradually decreasing will help you rather than if you have that control that all at a go if you can avoid it.

Yeah that is a Bad habit because the bacteria from our hands is really too much for our face to handle.

If you chew on one side for a long time, your face will be asymmetrical and your appearance will decrease. Most people’s facial asymmetry is normal, because in the process of our growth and development, our living habits, bone structure, and muscle conditions will affect the symmetry of the face. However, if you always chew with one side, your face is definitely not symmetry.

I have a very bad habit. My biggest bad habit in life is procrastination. I like to sleep in bed in the morning, and I don’t get up until I have to get up. I think I also have a lot of bad habits, such as staying up late. Although I needed to get up at seven o'clock the next morning for work, I still couldn't fall asleep before two o'clock in the morning the night before.
What ? maybe you need to Have some exercise or physical activities because that is not normal for a Employee like us to still awake that late time.

I'm sure your Body has no enough tiredness so It does not seeking for Sleep .
