Ive got about 6 months tied into trying to get this money. Today i thought to look in a forum for help but before this thought came along I couldnt reach anyong from bitcoin to help. Deadend web pages and no phone help. Its not much just $270.00 but I would like help getting it. Ty

You should at least mention on what site/platform/service you've been talking, so that people on this community will able to help you out or would make some suggestions
or recommendations on what you should gonna do.Everything is unclear but basing on to those key words that you had mentioned about deadend webpage and
no phone help then i presume that you had invested something like on hyip or ponzi? or your funds are stucked on an exchange platform?
Please do try to be clear on what site you are referring into so that we wont make out some pure guess on things on here.

I am guessing you had put your money somewhere and no you cannot find it back.

Sorry to say but there is no way anybody can help other than going back to the past and stopping yourself from putting the money on that site. It is sad and should be a lesson that any "investment" opportunity in this sector is limited.

Cloud mining, Doubling schemes, ICOs - they are all the same, Scams. If you want to make money the only passive methods of income I have seen is casino bankroll investments and trading.

It could help if you explained what the site was though. Still the chances of getting money back is very very small.

EDIT: Did not notice the poll. Still I ask you to be specific about which site you are talking about.

BCH is an altcoin, BTC is the real bitcoin. There is a certain well known person out there who speaks the opposite because they baghold BCH and call it the real but it is not so. BTC was and is the first one.

You deposited it to a scam website probably.

If there's no more web page, no account, no support or etc. You just lost your money from that service or website where you have deposited it. Can you recall what's the name of the website?

Bitcoin is not a company. So you most probably will not get help from anyone "from Bitcoin".
On the other hand you've got your coins from somewhere, so please tell us which website you talk about and where is your money locked. That one should have customer support.

Also the poll question tells about "bitcoin bch". BCH is not Bitcoin. BCH is an altcoin. One much cheaper than Bitcoin. There is one website confusing newbies and lying it's Bitcoin, but it's not.
You should also clarify this too.

1. where is your money locked (what website/service)
2. where did you look for customer support info
3. do you talk about BTC or BCH? This would also help understand you talk about 270$ or actually 5.62$ (BCH is 48 times smaller than BTC).
4. did you try to transfer your coins to another address? was it BTC or BCH address?

Not enough details or anything. We don't even know what you are talking about. Where did you invest those $270 of yours? Open a proper scam accusation thread with all the details so you can warn other people about it.
If the site where you have invested your money has no information about how to contact them or isn't responding to the emails given, then sorry to say, you have been scammed and there is no way you will be able to get back your money. Don't waste your time anymore and just move on.

You wanna try to get some helps to get your back money from the site(I guess this possible as a scam site) but it seems like the site is dead and you have no a phone number for the customer service to contact the dead site and you are probably getting scammed by the scam site. There's nothing that we can help you because the site's dead or disappeared meant the scammers have been erasing the way for them to be traced.

It's impossible to get back your money. You have invested your BCH into the scam site like Ponzi or another kind of scam service.

the common prob with newbies = they will only search when their case is already hopeless. if they will do a lil bit of research before sending any penny to this site, maybe they will avoid those scam sites. a lot of them fall to ponzi scheme trap as they thought they can earn money for short period of time. but unfortunately, the owner of the sites are just ripping money from naive buyers

Well, judging by the amount of time you said and if you really did to the best of your effort, the chances of someone being able to help are quite slim. Of course, granted that your efforts actually included communicating with the support of whatever project/investment you spent your money in. Additionally, since you seem to be talking about Bitcoin, it seems like that slim chance I said earlier died. Any coins that are sent to another wallet is pretty much impossible to be recovered. My only advice to you would be to actually spread whatever investment/project you lost your money to so as to warn others.

Next time, probably google search everyone included in the project (staff) as well as lookup info regarding the project across various platforms. You're dealing with money here after all, and just like what you experienced right now, it isn't exactly easy, if not impossible, to actually return your funds.

The account is opened for this enquiry but with the amount of time of the issue, is not looking he is totally new here. You already no scam is all around the cryptocurrency websites etc. Be careful next time when dealing.

You will not get it here. Go find a job there is no way someone will give you a money  for nothing  you need to work to get that money you need.people here is also hard working just to get the money they want so I don't think they will considered your request.

Your question look to general and not specific with your problem on exchange account, you have mention what an exchange using for saving your bitcoin, without know kind of your exchange saving bitcoin we can't help you because each exchange have their way how to resolve when you lost contact with your mobile phone number, exactly when using Bittrex exchange you must submit detail with your assets holding and have to know when you make transaction and how much you sent or received some coin on your wallet.
