Exposing Daniel Evans and Bustabit.com Scam - Review

Hello everyone,

Today I would like to expose Daniel Evans for the years he has been scamming people from left to right with his site named Bustabit.com.

Why Bustabit.com is a scam ?

Bustabit follows the same standards as Rune365.com ( owned by a scammer) but it´s different because rune365 works under a online game currency which is runescape.com ( which you can sell the game currency for real money).

Daniel says his game is "provably fair" and  gives you the excuse that all the numbers are pre generated already, however, the scams comes when he manually stops the game and crashes itself whenever he wants and need. He also "snipes" on people winnings.  

How do I know this? Because that's how rune365 works and is set up and I investigated it myself. Daniel also have alt /fake accounts and visitors to boost his site registrations and to incentive people to deposit and get in the site.

The reason why there wasn't a investigation under his ass already it´s because people simple leave and do not report it.

If you got yourself into this scam scheme or hacked using bustabit.com, know that you can report it at https://www.ic3.gov/  which is the Internet Crime Complaint Center from the FBI. You can report it no matter what country you are in and anonymously.


Your action matters and it´s important to stop this sites going on and to bring justice to people who have been scamming real money.

Moreover, provide some more detailed info and screenshots (you can blur sensitive private data), so that your case can be considered. Bustabit seems like a place with a good reputation and an original game that became very popular. For now your words aren't enough to see the full picture.

You forgot the evidence.

Bustabit has a good reputation (at least last I heard), so don't expect much to come from this thread unless you're able to articulate how exactly they are scamming people and provide evidence to back it up. "Gambling is bad" isn't going to cut it.

So someone can accused someone here, throw his babble around, but without evidences, members here are not going to believed anything and this could be considered as just another smear campaign on a site that has been existing for many years.

The whole point of a provably fair system is that if a site is cheating, players have the tools to find out.  If a player is making a false accusation, the casino has the tools to protect their reputation.


If OP has a legitimate accusation (doubtful), all he needs to do is explain what it is and post the bet ids.

The whole point of a provably fair system is that if a site is cheating, players have the tools to find out.  If a player is making a false accusation, the casino has the tools to protect their reputation.


If OP has a legitimate accusation (doubtful), all he needs to do is explain what it is and post the bet ids.

So, it's very possible OP is doing like a "negative" marketing campaign against this site.

EDIT: OP has to prove that site is really messing up, either wrong seeds or a repeatable pattern that can be used as proof.

If Bustabit or the people have been scamming ever since, they have been exposed by now, the problem is that a newbie suddenly accused them, without anyone looks very shady to me, and that is without proof. So I don't understand snipes on people's winnings? or totally rigged the results so that they can scam? This is just pathetic accusations without any basis at all.

I agree, Daniel is a scammer and liar. In order to withdraw larger amounts from the site, you must wait for Daniel to come online and contact him in PM, due to insufficient funds in hot wallet. Daniel will usually make you wait long time few hours to 1 day which may tempt the user to go back to the site and gamble while they wait, in this case I believe Daniel will monitor you while playing and decide to tamper with the games in his/ the house's favor. I know this from experience, I lost millions. I know I'm a newbie here and I'm not trying to convince you of how much I lost, that is up to you to believe. But I am certainly going to look into this more, and have all the evidence of my experience such as PM's with Daniel, and the reason I believe this. If anyone else had a experience like this please reach out to me onsite, I am interested to see the others that may be under the same assumptions.

So you won money then felt so greedy and went ahead and gambled all of it again and lost, and now you blame the casino because of your poor decision?

I don't know how many casinos or exchanges you have used in the past but when you try to withdraw huge amounts, there will definitely be slight delays due to different security checks and approvals.
You are just extending the blame to bustabit because of the stupid choice you made.
