What is wrong with aiming higher?

Don't take it as a mistake, greediness, and having a high goal is different. Also, usually, these investors are not really pushing themselves to earn a lot of money, some of them are just taking and maximizing the profit they can get and forcing them to earn more. They are careful, wary, and at the same time wanting to earn more, but for me not to become rich but to become successful.

When you're successful automatically it gets reflected on your wealth. These day success is defined based on the wealth and not based on one's achievement out of his passion. When it comes to cryptocurrency market just because you're wise you can't make money out of it.

You need to be lucky enough to invest on the right asset that has got the highest growth in short. It isn't possible to find the right one with ease. If you're wise and you've got large capital then you doesn't want to depend upon luck.

But in terms of cryptocurrencies, how can we know?

There are a lot of people holding thousand and thousands of cryptocurrencies and we never know who they are. How can we tell that they are successful if we never know who these people are? They are the only ones that can tell they are successful, other people can't tell how successful a man was if they will just be basing it on their wealth.

Very dope point here 👍 I must admit, never risk more than 5-10% of your portfolio investing in a single coin, aside BTC or ETH. For some people, this is only obtainable in theory but they don't stick to the rules in practice, for others who take risk management seriously, they understand how useful this rule is.

In fact most trading books that I have read stipulate that you should not risk more than 1% of your portfolio in any single trade and that risking 2% or more is simply unacceptable and yet we see people all the time investing all of their capital in a single coin and even using leverage in the process thinking this is the fastest way to obtain the profits that they want not realizing that most likely what it's going to happen is that they're going to lose their capital even faster.

You say everything right! I understood just like you when I lost my money. Now I have changed my approach and lowered my desires, taking on the responsibility of not losing my money.
Since my desire to be rich hasn't gone anywhere I realized that this desire only hurts me. Now I have limited myself in the number of trade deals and it gives me the opportunity to analyze and think more before making deals.

When people enter crypto investment or other investments the first thing that comes in their mind is they are already expecting a considerable amount of profit because they see in other people that they are making good money from it, that is why they are not contented or satisfied having a little amount of profit in their investment. I think people should learn first to be contented in earning a small profit before they enter into an investment for them not to experience any failure and depression when they lose their money.

I'd rather stay right in between, greed isn't the devil here as it can be a perfect tool if you know how to use it right but been too much greedy is where things can go horribly wrong, there is sentence that goes like this 'half bread is better than none' right? Sometimes it's just better to be contented with what you have, money won't make anyone feel contented, you can be happy for a short period of time when you buy fancy things but that's it.
