I want a community where the government obeys the law. For example...
In the USA we have the right to travel. This right is upheld by court cases which are based on the 1st Amendment.
As a right, it is not to be limited on in any way, just as the 2nd Amendment is not to be limited in any way for us.
The 13th Amendment says that there isn't supposed to be any involuntary servitude. This means that regarding my various forms of property, government is to remain hands off. But if they need to mess with my property, they pay me.
The point is, government makes me pay for vehicle licensing. They should pay me, to keep themselves from disobeying the law, because I don't volunteer to have them messing with my property.
But who would pay for the roads without the license tax?The point isn't paying for the roads. The point is being legal, especially in government. We have gone to the moon. We have complex computers. I'm sure government can figure out a way without being illegal.
Same with Covid. If they want me to wear a mask, they should be paying me... not me paying for the mask, and then paying for the agony of wearing it, and then paying for the damage it does to me.
Let's get society turned around to the way it is supposed to be. If government orders me to do something, let them pay me to do it. Not the other way around.
