I see that 1xbit said in this forum that they will be resolving the old issues and accusations that they had earlier. Well, I am not talking about the old accusations but new ones, I happened to stretch up to 32 mBTCand when I tried to withdraw them I get a message that withdraws was rejected and I need to consult customer care regarding that.

I have sent them emails over 10 times regarding withdrawals being blocked. The support just replies with empty promises like we are checking, the security team is investigating your issue.

The Bitcoin price is increasing day by day and I have little hope on 1xbit now. I request DT members to Kindly push the feedback on 1xbit account. It is my mistake that I played there. I am just sad about it.

@1xbit you guys said on this forum that you are going to resolve old issues as 1xbit is now acquired by new partners who are transparent but my present case is not from old-time and this happened in your regime, Please give back my winnings. I request you, please.

From the screenshot, one can see that my withdraw limit has been reset to 0 BTC, so it means that someone intentionally did it from the backend, 1xbit please resolve my issue. I beg you.

Hey, just read your issue.

I just thought of a couple of reasons:
- Have you maybe applied for any kind of bonuses? (These are normally under wager requirements...)
- Have you maybe Deposited or Withdrawn money with other ''payment forms''
- Maybe they just need you to check or update your KYC documents.
- Are you making withdrawals to multiple wallets? (That could be a reason). Depending on their policy.

Anyway.. hope they give you an answer soon.! Good luck!

The new 1xbit.com is acquired by the owners of bethash.io , the owners are scamming people at 1xbit over the good past reputation and investing them to bethash.io , if you clearly see the transactions of yesterday then you will find that a 400 eth volume was withdrawn from 1xbit and sent it over the bethash.io

there are many instances which signify that OP will never get his money back, remember once a scammer always a scammer.

Hello Tim,

Our security is currently investigating your case. Can't say for sure yet, but there must be an issue with your account settings (withdrawal address, mentioned email, VPN usage, or other), KYC is not required. I'll keep you in touch.

From 1xbit's bad history I can say that you are just one of many users who got their money being withholden by 1xbit after they won a few bets, these cases are of course with no progress and filled up with the same old response 1xbit is giving you now. I'm telling you honestly there is a slim chance that you will get your money back judging from previous cases where until now is still not solved. Just look at their trust summary and you will see threads linking to other threads of several users being scammed by 1xbit.

I am too worried about my money, 0.032 BTC is not a small amount for people like me. I played over 1xbit with good intention and they were giving good odds...Did I made a mistake playing there?? Please sir you are a legendary member, Please help me.

Hopefully your case won't lead to them asking your for KYC as as many other cases like this in some other casino websites, apparently they have a great history of blocking withdrawals, but since they are still working and active on the forum maybe they still care about the little amount of reputation they have left and would solve your issue without any extra verification steps.

Just keep this topic updated and take screenshots from every respond you get from them and when/if your problem is not solved by their support share all the proof here including all your deposits and transactions so that other people don't fall in their trap.

There are still tons of problem for 1xbit to handle, how can they still have another problem from new user in recent day?

From OP's ss, we can see he tried to withdraw on Oct 27, which already 1 day/24 hours passed without any solution until now. How long you check his withdrawal, 1xbit? Even for new site, manual approval didn't take too long to be approved.

Always the same answer that they are currently investigating the case. But did anybody see that there is any problem has solved before?
waiting to see that unfortunately we are not enable to confirm you withdraw or you have no right to access the site again due to violate the Terms and condition without showing the proper reason.

I have very little hope now. I should not have played there. Once deposited the money is in devil's hand.

I have sent them mail again regarding the bitcointalk forum situation.  Undecided

Hi Tim,

Sorry for the issue, your account was inactive for a while and that cause some misunderstandings on our backend.

Now it's fixed and your funds are safe and sound.
And I see that you have already withdrawn a part of it: https://www.blockchain.com/eth/tx/0xe0c85dee495df1c3b08bb7b4e5590863622ee2850062516075e5c1f1d9d6c07e

1xbit says that you have withdrawn a portion of your money from their website. @OP any confirmation on your side?

even if 1xbit has a bad reputation it would be good to know if the issue has been resolved and case closed.

Well, glad if that really happens, need to wait Tim confirmation about this.

But, he already withdrawn a part of it? OP's withdrawal was 0.032 Btc and when i exchange it to ETH, we get around 1.09 ETH which is higher than that withdrawal you showed us (1.01 ETH). Does 1xbit has internal exchange too on your site?

That's not due to fees, he still has some money on his account.

Not sure if he's gonna reply, but let's wait for conformation

I can confirm that I have received the payment and my account is working as usual.

Yesterday after this withdrawal, I tried to make a micro deposit and again withdrawn it and it works for me now.

Hope in future I am not blocked for withdrawing large amounts.

All is well that ends well.

Well since OP has confirmed he received his money, i think this thread should be locked now to prevent another out topic.

1xbit, there are still lot of problems on your site from other people (on your thread), hope you can check and resolve all those problems and ended up like this case too.

congratulations at last your problem are resolved properly..  one of my suggestions is "hope you learn from experience".  Today there are many gambling sites (betting, slots, dice) that are much more reliable and without WD's problems.  With this incident, I hope the 1xbit team will learn from the experience and improve their service..

nb: @OP, you can lock this topic
