I really, really regret for not buying DOT when it was at the price of 4$ each. And now when I checked its price value at the coinmarketcap it was too expensive https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/polkadot-new/ it almost increased at 800% now. This DOT will only be in favor to those traders who have a lot of money to buy em.

a good comparison of polka-dots is BNB, I think polkado is currently in the highest phase for a crypto coin, a lot of people talk about polka dots and a lot of people want to be there to make a big profit. therefore polka dots are now good to be used as an investment in the future

Maybe you are right but the reason why many didn't invest in Polkadot is that because it never shows some potentiality. And by now, those who neglect it last year seem to come and regretting asking why? This tells us that crypto investing is just like gambling, sometimes we got lucky and sometimes we're not. Because if there is no market hypes happening this year, altcoins season won't come and never see dead/shitcoins have grown but probably were seeing them still at the bottom.

There are a lot of new projects but Polkadot is a better investment than some newly introduced coins that also create waves in the crypto industry. Are you sure it's a good decision to spend all your salary on just one coin? Investments are very risky there's no guarantee that you will get all the money you invested in Polkadot or even get profit, sometimes you might even end up getting losses I just hope it doesn't get to that, but investments should only be done with money you can afford to lose not your entire portfolio.
