First of all thanks for your interest in our project.
Secondly thanks for the question.

1. So, in short, the tokens will be released to users after the pre-sale is finalized.
Yes, they will be able to withdrawal the tokens to their own wallet or exchange it to other crypto on our exchange. Also once its listed in other exchanges there will be also this flexibility.

2. The mechanism of stacking will be used for this. 30 days will have to elapse in order to be able to receive the monthly dividends. Also for all our token ''stackers'' there will be voting polls in oder to decide about important stuff regarding the company decisions. If by some reason the person does ''unstack'' the tokens in order to do something else he/she shall not be able to receive dividends or participate in voting sessions.
In order to make it fair for anybody, and to avoid any ''hacks'' in the voting to propose a vote the user must have at least 1% of the total supply of tokens.
