Hello, while ago i made a deposit to my exodus wallet, there was a deposit thought as a cold wallet, i mean, deposit and close the telephone never open it, few months later i get my seed from the place where i left it and try to open my wallet again in other exodus client, which was my surprise when credit was 0,even synchronized perfectly. I made a new deposit and deposit came without any problem, but checking my private keys, just have the ones from the new deposit. After this i have been trying in many other wallets with same seed but... no success.
Never understood what happened till few days ago when a new deposit to another exodus wallet got the same luck. I deposited in my pc exodus client some btc but my surprise was big when opening the same seed in my telephone i found AGAIN a completely new wallet. I sent from computer to telephone to double check that yes, they was different wallets with the same seed.
I can not understand what happen or the reason for this, just know that it happened, and i have my seed but not my money. I contacted EXODUS support but they first trying to make me think that my coins was stolen when is not the case. And mostly left me alone on this without any solution. Since they seem not understanding what i try to explain them that is that this IS NOT MY FAULT, is happening very OFTEN i need some help from this community, How can get my money back?
Thank you in advance!

i have with me the proofs, i have the seed and the roaming folder of a exodus wallet empty to upload and show everyone that what i say is true, also researching, i found irregularities with OK wallets but not fully ok, i mean, for example part of the wallet giving the same addresses in other devices but different for other coins. If you have an Exodus wallet and want to check it.. mostly to be sure that if one day you loose your device, your seed is OK. Lets wait a positive solution from their developers because now they are notified of this topic,

^^ Be careful!! Don't trust anyone who contacts you via PMs. If they can help, then ask them to post here publicly. Most likely, it's a newbie trying to scam you.
Please, move this topic to Beginners and Help or a more appropriate section.

I'll assume you know the address, so 1) Use a block explorer to check if your coins were moved (stolen).. 2) Change the derivation path ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5243350)

no money no funny requesting money for help is not a way to help anyway. Is anyone can really help with this? I have seen both of the post created by the same person!! So, whom you are trying to impersonate or you are really the victim? Anyway, according to your post it seems your seed has been leaked or you send somewhere which you cant remember for now. Or you are telling lie.

You mean you are asking that amount? Archive: https://archive.is/gn0Wt
Anyway... If you check your address on any blockchain explorers (one posted above) and there's no out going transaction then there's something wrong with exodus, either syncing issue or different derivation path check the link posted above. If there is an outgoing transaction to an unknown address then possible your seed was compromised. Or maybe just maybe, the seed you saved is different on the wallet you have, did you check the first exodus wallet you created? Since you said you open another exodus client with the seed you have. Ah okay this is not the case.

For more info you can contact me in telegram @coliresthelastone Can you post here the profile link on this user who wants to help you and asking 3000 via pm or a screenshot at least, upload it to imgbb.com and post the image link here for reference. When you import the seed on exodus does it have transaction? you can check it on the history panel. And you can check the addresses you used to received your funds there and click it, since it will redirect your to blockexplorer you can double check the address there if there's no outgoing transctions to unknown address.

No, when i import in other exodus client has no transactions before.
And the wallet is fully sycned? Then we're good to assume that you have different seed from the one you have previously or we could think that some words on your seed were just mispelled, try to double check all the words and its order, since every word and order matters for the recovery of your funds.

You mean you have a wallet with another seed, and tried to send funds to one of its address but the funds won't show or received on that wallet? Btw have you tried to import your seed using electrum wallet, just follow this tutorial from exodus it must show your transaction history and your funds if the seed of yours is correct.
i am going to try now, if i find count on on a few beers delivered!!!!
Yeah, good luck. ^^

Yeah, good luck. ^^ no, ok i see the transactions of the second wallet, the empty one, no traces of my money. I have checked also the other wrong exodus client and it happen the same. it give you a seed that once you try to recover in other clientm just is other wallet, not yours.

Something's not quite adding up here... "they was different wallets with the same seed." You can't have two totally different wallets with the same seed. Not possible.

Yes, you can. Mnemonic seeds have many addresses within them.. You just need to change the derivation path to find them all..

yes and not only once, twice as described above, Something's not quite adding up here... "they was different wallets with the same seed." You can't have two totally different wallets with the same seed. Not possible.
Yes, you can. Mnemonic seeds have many addresses within them.. You just need to change the derivation path to find them all.. so if i have checked the different 3 options in the electrum tutorial without success? what to do next?
