That bring a big question mark on why he accept julerz while he didn't reach to the minimum required merit as well julerz is inactive which didn't post for month of July and August. He came back with few post recently. So I wonder why the manager accept him on this camp?
It's really unfair  for other active users who meet the requirements. I want to hear the managers explanation about this.
