As always, bitcoin could go either way(up or down). Probably put yourself in a situation whereas you can take advantage if bitcoin either goes up or goes down. Probably buy in with 50% of your cash and have the other 50% ready for when bitcoin drops. Again, only you can answer this because we don't have a single idea on your financial situation.

In general though, for people that have little to no idea with investing, Dollar Cost Averaging(DCA) is probably going be the best choice.

Dollar cost averaging might simple as it sounds but this isnt something that you can easily do because same as said where financial situation or capacity would really differ into each person.

Not all would really be having the funds for them to ready on buying bitcoin gradually everytime it dips and majority does on one time purchases or a two.

This might sound a good idea but not everybody would able to do it and this is why people do keep asking on whats the possible bottom because they do want to buy
on spot.

When we start seeing news like "Bitcoin price has increased", it means that it is time to sell our Bitcoin. Whenever they published news like this and made irrelevant people buy Bitcoin, the price fell down.

Some body if try to trade with bitcoin or altcoin have to know external information and never see only with bitcoin price, many time when we trade on altcoin have new moment for altcoin it self like mainnet, hardfork or get update with new partner. At the beginning of the year people expected bitcoin to crash like it did in 2017. Ironically we had a bull run, institutional buyers pouring in. This is not like 2017, today you have major players in the financial institutions legitimizing or buying into bitcoin. Goldman Sachs, Blackrock, MicroStrategy e.t.c have huge stacks of bitcoin. The downside of having institutional buyers in the market is that we have more whales and they can decide to manipulate the market in their favor.

I prefer that he take part of his profits and hold some for the long term, The cryptocurrency market is volatile, which makes it difficult to predict, but holding currencies is the most appropriate and safe decision. Actually there is no suddenly tricks . Usually your guessing power work out. When the price become up and you think it is the moment  you can sell. Still you can take more information about the exect asset.

when you buy it at a price that is indeed cheap and now it has reached a price that is quite high, you should be sufficient to sell it, because it is worthy of you to receive a large profit and don't be greedy to keep waiting until the best price. because greed will make you no longer rational to think.

because you can search with the results you get to buy another coin from scratch again like when you got that profit. remember that satisfaction will have no limits if you always follow it, it's better to start over from scratch, of course, will be a satisfaction in itself.

with the development of bitcoin as it is today, many countries and large companies will consider the benefits of using it for the future. but I see that for now bitcoin tends to be used for trading and investment to make big profits, I think now that there is no defense on the left on the market, of course we have to be careful

Btc price increasing day by day and i think hold but can't say surely because crypto market risky. So, you can book profit or hold.

Depend how much profit from your trading coin target, I always take profit after raise more than 10% from my coin profit and sell it. Never have on my mind to hold long term because I am looking short term trading way. I need income every day although should sell coin after raise profit only 5% or 10%, but the last 10% is most maximum for my profit target, some time when raise 5% I sold my assets and looking for with new coin to trade.

The best time for selling is when you can analyze that the market is going downward and you identified some patterns of downtrend. So its better to exit from the market. After market make It's corrections w8 for the uptrend signal and patterns Then again enter the market.
But its better to sell instead of waiting for the pump when market is going down and down.
