This goes agains the definition of a "scam". Scam is when someone is trying totrick you into thinking you are actually investing when you are essentially not. I don't even understand this at all, Ponzi was added to the name but yet it is classified as a genuine gambling game, is it that the developers do not know what Ponzi means or what, thus showing that this is just a cheap scam to steal from unsuspecting investors.
Ponzi schemes do not last and neither are they genuine investments, they are just an investment set up by fraudulent people to steal, and owing to the juicy nature of it, they always attracts the greedy ones, of course it works for a while and then comes crashing. So, yes, this is scam and if someone wants to increase his Doge with peace of mind, the person can learn how to Invest genuinely through buying from crypto exchanges or learn trading.
Nevertheless, considering the Ponzi scams done over the years, I tend to believe no one will participate in it.

In such way this is gambling. Ponzi definition is when people get paid from others deposits and this goes on like a pyramid.
