Even if you talk about the price, do not forget that yfi was pumped to almost 40k at one point and now it is back to around 10k with further downside expected. So what do you think how the people who bought at 30 to 40k would be feeling right now. Personally i would stay away as i feel these are not for the common traders but for high risk investors only.

Of course they are sad after loosing a lot but it's part of the game of trading crypto currency . You should not buy any coins that you know increase a lot since the next thing will happen is it will decrease and value . After the down 10k I expect more dump to happen since there are many person catch to buy  the tokens when the price is too high.

Personally i am not a fan of short term trends and hype and recent pump and dump type of market we saw for defi projects has really discouraged me. I am hopeful in a year or two good defi projects will surface only then i will jump in so let the dust settle for now.

I see this as possible, as over-accumulation is still in progress. And looking at the search signal on CMC, it is the main search trend, but i recommend that you still need to be more cautious if you decide to invest in it, you need to follow the project very closely to have the updates on the exact project and its upcoming trends. But perhaps DeFi should focus on projects that have been successful and are continuing to operate on the platform.

I just bought Keep3r but i am not expecting the same bull run that happened on Yeild.finance to repeat itself on it. well i made sure that i bought what i can afford to loose. it was just a gamble and i hope it works out. definitely, i missed out on yield finance and i don't want to miss out on this one. it is good to note that one major reason for yield rocket price was because the bull run.

Without iota of doubt this project which is been develop by the same individual will definitely take the same route with the previous without a guess. this should create more awareness among investors who want to make investment with the project, YFI was the talked of the town some few month ago and many lost to this over-hyped project and suddenly another project with almost same pattern to defraud gullible investors again. Though, let watch and see what become the end of this project but one thing is sure, it will end in pain for 'get quick rich individuals in the ecosystem'.

They are comparing with other project hype thinking that the price will be the same as these keep3r tokens.

If that happens they will earn a lot with his investment with this one , that kind of traders is only looking for one time big time opportunity but high risk thinking of investment, since the chance of loosing is very high because you are only relying on other project hype . There are many of them here in crypto space I am no longer surprised why more people lose than those who earn in crypto market .

Why not? Since they are both developed by same ceo then it is very possible they will promote it and besides all the investors of yearn.finance who have made a huge profit out of it would want to also continue the trend, am sure this will be the case, expect a pump from this shit.

Both projects were started with the intention of making money and probably made enough. It's just that their end is near now.
Because their value has fallen substantially, and do not know how long it will fall. However, I think it was better than starting 2 projects that if they had worked hard on 1, the result would have been much different.

Seems like Keep3r was a fast pump due to the YFI success, I don't see any other reason for a coin to get 300x in 2 days, Keep3r owes that to YFI success, after the former hack of Andre project I heard some whales were unhappy because of that loss and Andre gave them some keep3r before publish its article on medium, For me, it is more than a whale club than a realistic price, They bought some seed tokens out of it and due to the Andre credit this coin has gone up this far, it didn't do like YFI , YFI did 3000x in some weeks and this one couldn't reach that gains again.

If you observe the token since it launched, it's not really making bigger moves like yearn.finance rally in the past. The volume hasn't been incredible though not bad as a new projects, It need time to get attention from traders.
The total supply isn't huge as yearn finance, we may not see any alternative yearn.finance any time soon  since the hype is already over. Nothing new even if they promise APR of 1000%

I agree too but who knows maybe a group of whales would like to try to find entertainment or create a hot market again. we know that having market money can be controlled by those who want it.

This Andre Cronje is a scammmer. How many projects has he alone launch this year, 4 with my counting. He and his sponsors doing pump and dump are just riding the DEFI  hype. If you launch a project and can't stick with it and make it work and deliver a great value for the holders long term but before we say Jack Robinson he has launched another one. The good luck holding his bag. Those people that believe the hype that YFI is going to $100k where are they now, they are all under the water and there are signs that the price could still go down. The hype for yfi projects/defi projects are bound to be forgotten anytime soon. The launching of such new projets doesn't mean that there's still a good demand on it or let's say that there's still a good demand on that market. But investors are wiser the second time around and won't just invest to projects that are obviously saturated already in the market. With names or anonymous team, these type of projects are no longer in the likes of most people. That's what my opinion is because it's starting to be lie-low.

To be honest, this project resembles a pump and dump fraudulent scheme.
Most trading takes place on uniswap. Once market makers get tired of this show, they will take their liquidity from the pools and a lot of people will lose their investments.
If someone thinks that $ 200 per token is a small price, then after a while its price may drop to several dollars.

If investors will become silly again this time then this might be the next YFI, it's only the hype that brings the price of this coins, not even a single use case being introduced to the mass. The only thing that it is being compared to other coins is because of the CEO, same CEO as YFI. It's clear to me that they are just jumping jackass playing with everyone's money. If this isn't striking you by now then there's something wrong that you must figured out.
