Yes you are right. You may create your own token without any background in any programming language.


We have closed out our first governance poll to set the minimum STV holding requirement for token creation.

We had a 47% vote to raise the current minimum holding requirement from 100 tokens to 1,000 tokens. We thank everyone for participating in the poll and will make an official announcement when the minimum requirement change has been made.

Yes you are right. You may create your own token without any background in any programming language.

How convenient, have you seen the market with hundreds of useless tokens floating around with no specific purpose! Why will a project be base on token factory just to provide a platform to every dick and harry to create more shit coins to dump into the already over saturated market!
Seriously you could have thought of a better niche to handle, something that is truly wanted and needed, that will benefit the crypto ecosystem,

If the 3 projects that you mentioned are considered a failure and there are serious problems, then maybe this project will be devoid of enthusiasts because people don't want to take any more risks and moreover there are indications of fraud then it's better to avoid it now

bad background but we should not judge this project by ourselves because no one knows what will happen to this project in the future, but from their background, I, I canceled my intention to invest first

Honestly, I've been theorizing about this platform long before this season of rug pulls.I mean people should do their own research should they not? I think in this generation we have a society of people who never hold THEMSELVES accountable for the mistakes they make. This holds true for both scammers and those who blindly invest in projects without seeing anything for themselves. I would be absolutely amazed if someone could find STVKE to blame for a created token to be responsible for them losing their ETH. We are all adults and should be diligent with our funds, it does not grow on trees, so we should not treat it as it does.These contracts and website templates are not there to trick anyone, anyone who looks can see that they are generated from STVKE's platform.

Well we could ban their IP/network from using our UI, and ban also from using any templates.

Great question.

Yeah, no as with most cases there are two sides to a story. One has no evidence, and the other has plenty in this case.

I had hired two people who were recommended by someone I really trusted as my CTO and CEO - so I could focus on getting everything in line for STVKE in terms of development.

I wanted to be hands off on the raise, whitelisting and all of that marketing as well.

To build STVKE, I first needed to be comfortable launching smart contracts, and building them of course.

So came the idea of VEG and UPS, a small community based project. Original raise for VEG was 20 ETH, later bloated to 640 ETH, until I said enough is enough (after UPS) and brought it to 64 ETH.

With UPS, original raise was 50 ETH (discussed internally both these original numbers). As we needed the action on uniswap, not the sale, for the mechanics to work, and for people to press the kaboom button upon selling on our dApp.

My former CTO and CEO would constantly push for higher raises, and claimed it would come back 10 fold via marketing and we would be better off. A) I wanted to be hands off B) I believed and trusted them.

They did the same with STVKE as it was originally to be a 250 ETH max raise private and public. Later to be bloated to 4K eth then brought back down to 570 ETH after they were fired (and they took a good bit of the marketing ETH for STVKE as well which I have paid out of pocket for).

They ended up trying to copy STVKE, they raised 1.5K ETH and failed to launch. They now spend their time spreading fud about STVKE which is clearly not true, since I am here speaking with you now and launched stvke.info yesterday =)

Better to do some research first and do not share fake facts if you do not have proof and just hearsay or you just see that in somewhere else , we have a PROOF, so think twice before accusing us, be clever enough to research some proof before giving your statement, and we are not also connected to their failed project , they don't know how to code, they are just copying all our works. DYOR brother, because your accusation might give us damages and can mislead people in this forum.

As I see in roadmap in november there are really many things need to be done like token management, staking development and many others things. Are you sure you'll be able to do everything within the specified time frame?

Actually, we're about to finish everything now that's how competent the developer is.

So the next step for the project is to launch the vault dApp. It if obviously very big step to the project. I also hope to see some improvements on the website

And that when it happens, the parties that should be blamed were the scammers (because they're scamming) and the scammed (because they didn't do research), and you, as a facilitator shouldn't take responsibility at any level, although this happens under your roof?

The earlier part of your text, about thinking of this idea before rugpull season, I don't see how that's relevant, the exit scam season has been here since 2017 or 2018, not just this year with DeFi, so if you're trying to say you have the concept since 2018, that just show how rather poor your concept is, because even with three years of drafting concept, with lots of failed project that you can use as your development materials, you still didn't come out with a way to prevent those negative side of crypto in your platform other than "people should learn to hold themselves accountable for being scammed".

You already answer your own question, but then I don't know if you understand me or not. We cannot filter out those people who will use and create tokens in our platform, but if there will be some complaints WE CAN BAN THEIR IP OR MAC ADDRESS FOR THEM NOT TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS OUR SITE AGAIN

Satoshi Nakamoto created blockchain, then later many coins follow his lead, some of them turn to be a scam, do we need to put the blame on SATOSHI?

Vitalik Buterin created ETH blockchain, and now it is a widely used chain in the crypto industry now, even defi projects use eth for their projects. Some of them turn to be scam as well, can we blame BUTERIN? because he is not ready with his analysis that in the future people will use his chain to scam people.


CZ recently created BSC or Binance Smart Chain, sooner or later other projects will use this too, we did not know if they will run away our investment or not, if they did it, can we complain to CZ? blame him? and tell that because of him we losses money as an investor?


This is the main point,

WE CREATED THIS PLATFORM FOR THOSE PEOPLE, TO MAKE THEIR OWN CUSTOM ERC20 TOKEN AND  PRESALE SMART CONTRACT


Buying token or coin is at investor responsibility, EVERYONE MUST DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH before investing in someone else's token. It is really a problem if you will invest without prior research, you're just making a charitable institution, wherein you are giving away your hard-earned money without expecting anything in return, but the downside, it is not good to give money to scammers.
